29/11/2013 13:27 | what is like to happen now guys ? if I keep onto my shares what will happen in the future ? will EPO as we currently know it fail to exist on the AIM ? | gizmondouk
29/11/2013 13:24 | I don't think KLK want to own entire company but have has to make offer as over 30% share holding so have made an offer at same price they have allready paid as they could not set price any lower If they pick up more shares they will be happy That's my take Not currently a holder will watch as the trading in this is slow to pedestrian | warwick69
29/11/2013 10:04 | they own just over 50% of the shares they can now do what they like seen it before with other co's this is what happens with aim stocks especially from another country. | chalky
29/11/2013 09:55 | So is anyone accepting their mandatory offer for your shares at the derisory price of 5p??? No? Thought not. Me neither. Hold firm and let the offer lapse by 20 December. | drewz
26/11/2013 16:19 | The Subscription Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following completion of the Subscription and the total number of voting rights will be 354,327,502. EPO does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly there are no voting rights in respect of any treasury shares. I think the shares are classed as the same. well I added the other day to stock that I bought at 3p and I am going to stick with it. there are unanswered questions, but the RNS does say........ A further announcement will be made in due course. don`t know how they issued these shares without having an EGM M Frayne is a decent guy so I trust him to steer the ship. WJ. | w1ndjammer
26/11/2013 13:15 | We need some help here guys. Is todays announcement good , bad or no news what so ever. If todays proposal goes ahead what will happen to the share price ? Help please guys , I got in at 6.37p | gizmondouk
26/11/2013 12:08 | 154 million subscription shares at 5p to be admitted for trading on AIM on 29th November. These are traded independently from ordinary shares. Am I correct in saying that? | henners1993
26/11/2013 11:29 | KLK will need to purchase another 160.249 million shares to own 100% of PAL At 5p that will cost them an other 8.01245 million. At 6p that will cost them an other 9.61494 million. At 7p that will cost them an other 11.21743 million. At 8p that will cost them an other 12.81992 million. At 9p that will cost them an other 14.42241 million. At 10p that will cost them an other 16.0249 million. Take your pick!!!!! | henners1993
26/11/2013 09:40 | With the new shares in place after the 29th November: ie....total 354 million, if an offer at 6p came in that would value PAL at @21.24 million. At the minimum of 5p that would value PAL at @17.70 million. So my guess is as good as any ones. | henners1993
26/11/2013 09:27 | hmm interesting game going on here, so does that now mean as PAL are throwing more money at the plantation, KLK will in effect match the money percentage wise. Or will they just buy the lot, I guess the offer needs to be way north of 5p or it would have already happened. WJ. | w1ndjammer
24/11/2013 21:31 | Can anyone share their thoughts on SIVA? I have bought into DKL which is due to start harvesting in January. Seems a much better company than PAL but reading this thread has alerted me to concerns about SIVA. I had thought given their experience in Pal oil they were a good choice of partner for DKL. Now I am thinking I best have an early exit plan for DKL if I whiff something. | mach100

13/11/2013 00:34 | Isn't going to happen I reckon. As soon as you get this sort of backsliding it is a big warning sign. Like selling a house and the buyer agrees a price up front to get you talking and block other buyers and then comes back to you with all the due diligence problems and negotiates you down. | dontshootthemessenger
12/11/2013 23:56 | So the deadline has been extended for an extra month - very interesting. So guys what do we think ? 1. No deal ? 2. Full takeover deal ? 3. Investment deal ? | gizmondouk
