24/10/2013 10:40 | Are they allowed to do that with out disclosure I thought any disclosed party had to fez up to any trades whilst under offer so they would have to release an RNS would they not so must be some one else with less than 1% | warwick69
24/10/2013 10:27 | interesting the sells today haven`t knocked the price back, wonder if KLK has decided to take up the slack. WJ. | w1ndjammer
23/10/2013 12:57 | will this be a personal holding or as held by Mirabaud securities on behalf of clients? | warwick69
23/10/2013 12:48 | hope he knows something. | warwick69
22/10/2013 16:05 | These RNS releases sound more and more to me like an offer is almost there and they want the shareholders to be absolutely clear of the nature . | linslader
22/10/2013 13:09 | I see they re priced the warts from around 15p to 8p - will KP be fully funding the cash requirements for this asset or part funding it ? | euclid5
22/10/2013 12:59 | must be quite keen as they have notified a few RNS's now and they cost money if it was a non starter surely they would not even have bothered making any updates? just let the bid period lapse... there is no smoke without fire and the way this jumped up so dramatically before the news broke indicates someone is well in the know??? so only a matter of time now before we hear the price they are willing to offer? | warwick69
22/10/2013 12:52 | pleased it may be a cash only offer it it goes thru - much simpler and no dilution or mumbo jumbo etc!! | seabass
22/10/2013 12:46 | well looks like we are the only ones watching this today WJ?? | warwick69
22/10/2013 12:40 | well looking back through the trades the two big ones went through on 11/10/2013 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 and it looks like they are still onboard, even if they broke them down into 100 / 200k the sells are not their. so I am sticking with it and stand by my prediction of 15p / 20p WJ. | w1ndjammer
22/10/2013 12:21 | yes that must be a massive buying signal to the market why is no one jumping o this must be worth a punt from the t traders and day traders???? | warwick69

22/10/2013 12:06 | well MM's will buy all my stock now it went to Negotiated trade before the news so they know the score? needs a few new buyers to get this on the Radar??? | warwick69
22/10/2013 12:04 | hope so WJ would like a nice 10p plus cash offer | warwick69
22/10/2013 12:01 | I think its just off the radar, the heavy buying last week was peeps in the know taking positions, Most of the peeps on BB`s are only interested when they see blue and follow the trend, they cant be bothered spending all day researching a company, like I did with this one. so they don`t know the potential. WJ. | w1ndjammer
22/10/2013 11:52 | Why no trading surely must be possible much higher bid than current SP?? | warwick69
22/10/2013 11:50 | I would say we are getting close, bet KLK are trying to smoke out any other possible bidder, this is a valuable company all to play for. WJ. | w1ndjammer
22/10/2013 11:10 | KLK confirms that, if it were to make an offer for EPO, the consideration is likely to be solely in cash. | warwick69
22/10/2013 11:09 | why would they say all cash offer if they are not actually thinking of making an all cash offer must be due a bounce from recent lows??? | warwick69

22/10/2013 09:59 | from iii This stock traded at 20-30p+ in 2011, 12p would be far too low a valuation given all the work done rehabilitating the land, training locals, investment into plants, etc. I would not want to guess the price at which a 'possible takeover' could be done because I am not a financial expert but I've been following EPO for 3 years now and they have a good team there. Geoff Browne is one of the world's best growers in Palm Oil and they have put a lot of time and effort on the ground. Nurseries, sales, etc give this company a higher value but I don't want to speculate. The assets on the ground too, 200,000Ha is a lot of land!! And not to mention they are doing it all in a sustainable manner, certified by the Sustainable Palm Oil organisation. DYOR and GLA! | warwick69
21/10/2013 13:30 | why oh why is this drifting with so little interest. weak T traders being washed out I guess? i have just topped up 91k at 5.64 seemed a great offer hopefully some news on the funding or takeover bid soon? | warwick69
18/10/2013 12:40 | why is this so quiet!!! | warwick69
