04/7/2007 14:53 | does anybody have any idea why this stock that hardly ever trades and is difficult to buy is in auction nearly everyday? | debbiegee
28/6/2007 22:48 | Hi there trustman,I have not been able to find any rhyme or reason as to how these are linked.I only know that after the 2 positive rnss ena was up about 22 % not passed over.It was mentioned on the iii boards that envs has acondition that Americans cant buy envs but read somewhere that was only for a year[starting sometime last year]I have looked into env and ena websites but found no investor section.I have followed charts threads and rnss backwards and noted asparks postings that ena had gained and that therefore we were due a rise and it seems the rise followed a few days later although that also coincided with 3 insti buys so none wiser. All in all very frustrating. A phone call or an email to the co would probably be the only way to find out. I had kinda hoped that tan maybe interested in aquiring env especially after seeing env in au 3 afternoons this wk.I bought into envs because of the smaller spread.2 good rns have only moved it app 3% even though there was a 30k buy which is a huge buy comparitvely for envs.Have not found anything significant in the holdings notices but heard reports on the boards that peeps tried to buy and were unable to.Sorry I cant be more helpfull but will try to mail or phone co . | debbiegee

21/6/2007 09:02 | Saw that ENA movement ;o) I guess there is probably scope for profits to be made by arbitraging the contradictory movements of ENV, ENA and ENVS - if only it were possible to identify some predictability in how they come together if/when they do! | m.t.glass
21/6/2007 08:55 | wish I knew why the mkt ignores this news, feel sure the pundits will pick this 1 up after 2 rnss in a row. amex:ena was up 5% last night by the way! | debbiegee
21/6/2007 08:47 | - and RNS duly appeared ;o) TORRANCE, CA, June 21, 2007 - Enova Systems, (AMEX: ENA and AIM: ENV and ENVS), an early stage production company in an emerging industry and a leading developer of electric, hybrid and fuel cell digital power management systems, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership with a major Asia based OEM to integrate and test its unique proprietary Post Transmission Parallel Hybrid system. The system is targeted for integration and/or retrofit into North American delivered 2008 model year Vehicles. Enova's Executive Vice President, Mike Staran said, "We are excited about the possibility to be the first North American Hybrid Drive System to be used by an Asian based Medium Truck OEM. Having already established relationships with First Auto Works (FAW), Tomoe and Hyundai, we are steadily making significant progress in Asia. We, along with our partner, are taking an aggressive approach to integrating vehicles with our Electric Drive System. These trucks are used in a wide range of applications including delivery and transport vehicles. We think Enova's Post Transmission Parallel Hybrid System is ideal for both the production of new vehicles as well as the retrofit market for existing vehicles." Enova's Post Transmission System is one in which the Electric Drive System is integrated behind the Transmission and is designed to be installed as a "drop in," fully integrated turnkey fashion into an OEM production line , or retrofitted in post vehicle production in a modular, "as-needed" basis. Enova believes it will be able to develop a more convenient and suited system through collaboration with the OEM. | m.t.glass
21/6/2007 06:49 | thanx for that, did you notice that amex:ena were up 5%? Also strange on the envs quote page where news and rnss are listed there is overnight news from Asia, hopefully an rns today! | debbiegee
20/6/2007 23:31 | Seen at iii forum today - "Enova shares were ENVS or Regulation S shares. These shares have a special condition attached to them in that they cannot be sold to US citizens for one year after issue. Choice of share was broker's decision really probably dependent on liquidity." Sheds a little light, but doesn't wholly explain the logic of why the S shares are more easily traded than ENV - nor why both are available instead of all being S type. | m.t.glass
20/6/2007 22:48 | sorry mistake | debbiegee
