21/2/2022 12:29 | Safiande, all I can find in that presentation re. Mako is: Duyung partners targeting updated POD and GSA in 2022 Can't see anything about Q1 | georgesorrow
21/2/2022 12:13 | New Coro presentation today. Execution of GSA Q1 2022 fwiw FID H2 2022 | safiande
21/2/2022 11:35 | Jem, Thank you for your post. I do not subscribe but the article refers to the Mako FID namely:- " Mako offshore project has sharper look in Indonesia. Joint venture aiming for final investment decision later this year or early 2023 " Petromindo also had an article yesterday that FID is targeted for H2. This effectively represents a slip as the prior date was 30 Jun 2022. Probably a knock on effect to the B2B / FSA delay with Medco Enegi, which in turn might be delaying the GSA signatures. Also we posted recently that the prior Coro presentation shows a slip in first production from early to mid 2024 which still allows for an 18 month development period. Not sure what prompted the articles. Probably a private briefing from Conrad? There was another article recently of potential interest to EME namely:- "KUFPEC hits jackpot at Anambas Thursday, February 10 2022 - 06:44PM WIB " KUFPEC is the national oil company of Kuwait who have just announced their maiden gas & condensate discovery in the West Natuna sea at the Anambas block which is in very close proximity to the Duyung PSC, to the west of the Mako field. Part of the discovery is in the lower gabus formation which also lies under the shallow Mako field. So could be promising for Conrad´s deeper drill ready prospects that are already subject to 3D seismic. It is known that the Mako field is surrounded by oil & gas fields and there are oil producing facilities nearby. Duyung PSC is a vast field, about the size of Greater London, which has already been confirmed as an active petroleum system in the lower section by Conrad, especially if the field extends to Medco´s patch, which is the likely subject of the B2B with Medco. In his recent Q`n`A, Mark Hood mentioned that there are other reservoirs at Mako that could easily take the resource to over 1 TCF. This could eventually be both gas & condensate as the ecomonic life of the field is 2051. It is not yet known whether Conrad will sell or continue into production, but they are still very active in Indonesia, as they have been accepted for the auction of the oil & gas blocks at Aceh which were awarded on Friday. Medco is an obvious candidate for Mako production, possibly on a 50:50 basis with Conrad. P.S. The next Coro investor event in Edinburgh is now 12 May. | safiande
21/2/2022 10:42 | I love the sharper look Jemjem the headline says the FID is now expected later this year or early 2023 and not mid this year. Not suprising bearing in mind the delay with the GSA.Lets just hope we get the GSA announcement soon to underpin our share price pre drill. | 10owen
21/2/2022 10:21 | The weather is improving towards the end of the week; I suspect the survey could start/re-start. I'll not post until I see any movements or we see something about the GSA. ps. Bring on the GSA. We all need a smile. Have a good week folks. | jamesiebabie
21/2/2022 09:40 | Anyone a subscriber to Upstream Online? Saf? If you google Conrad Petroleum, in the "news" section there's a new article about Mako published an hour ago with a title: "Mako offshore project has sharper look in Indonesia. The Conrad Petroleum-led joint venture that owns the Mako gas project in the Natuna Sea offshore northern Indonesia is zeroing in on a new..." If you follow the link, you get very little before you have to subscribe: GSA coming very soon, imo. | jemjem

19/2/2022 11:19 | bb7 - It's meant to be open all day today and tomorrow; irrespective. you would have hoped the vessel would have set off to be on site by the opening of the weather window, would you not? As I said to Craig, my data suggests nothing will happen for c.7 days. You will note that there are no survey vessels [blue blobs including 721] out in the open sea. | jamesiebabie
19/2/2022 09:04 | JB- are you taking into account timezones?? | blakieboy7
19/2/2022 08:05 | Craig - the weather window you shared with us is now open; all survey vessels remain either in ports or anchorages including 721. | jamesiebabie

18/2/2022 14:07 | Just had a quick look on COSL website and noticed that 721 is a Siesmic Survey Vessel. A very advanced vessel for carrying out Siesmic surveys. It isn't fitted for geotechnical surveying for drill site surveys etc. They have a fleet dedicated to this task which includes 707, 708, 709, 503 and 220. Have you seen any of these vessels out and about. | pacman9
