24/7/2014 18:56 | At least Willi is trading at closer to what we paid for it. Once re listed this 'ought' to be much easier to price than ever before. No case (or at least MS ongoing but unlikely), willi is priced in the market (aka Formula days) and the cash (with a discount for the uncertainty of how they will use it). Sum of parts? | waterloo01

14/7/2014 14:41 | Blz is consistent at one thing...losing everything. | hotfinance14
14/7/2014 14:16 | according to the jewish business news emblaze " could go under" after losing the apple lawsuit, talk about lazy journalism, dont these people do any research before coming up with headlines like that i find the jury verdict very contradictory, they agree that emblaze does have a patent so if apple used the same technology surely they infringed it, maybe that is being looked at as grounds for an appeal, like others have said a jury has no chance of really understanding the technicalities involved in this | landsker
13/7/2014 16:45 | I waded through the various trial documents as they were made available over the last few months. It was surely beyond the jury to come to any serious conclusiĆ³n about patent infringement. I certainly couldn't and I doubt whether any of the jury had the technical wherewithal to do so either. I'll bet a jury of 10 Israelis would have come to the opposite conclusiĆ³n, equally unsoundly. Dreadful new name. Fortunately, the initials hide it. | cjohn
12/7/2014 15:39 | Lets hope that the last stitch up or GOLDEN CARROT let hope the new boys are made from different stuff, Lets hope we re list above 20p | moneyman18
12/7/2014 09:58 | Yes, hopefully they move on and relist soon. Having said that, at least the patent is still valid. Guess they'd need to prove another party knowingly directly infringed it in the future. Or perhaps they could sell the patent on, but unsure whether it's worth much to a big player who already has a large patent portfolio and a seat at the table. The completed verdict form for those who like detail: hxxp://www.scribd.co | mertles
12/7/2014 07:19 | Finally, maybe they can now move on. At least Neftali doesn't get anything and at least it was done on a no win no fee basis. Will no doubt be a few £m to write of against expenses but still leaves the company in a healthy position. I know one or two were rather banking on it happening. Hope over experience! | waterloo01 |
