looks a no brainer that this is a buy at this level

provided of course we can trust the people running the company

I think we're in a closed period, so news on the next step/investment will have to wait. Regardless, trading at cash rather ignores the recent $80m investment for a controlling stake in WILC. Surely this is in true value investor range at these levels regardless of the history!

That's what we need...some business news.

If Eli was still the CEO I wonder if he would of stole some groceries.

Priced at cash only with $80m stake in WILC for free? Whatever you think of the business, it's bargin territory.

I believe the company is in a pre results dark period. Small top up for me....

i thought this would go down to the 30's on relisting but not this far down, down almost 30% on tiny volume, well the company has changed hands but the manipulation of the share price still goes on, why should 50 thousand quids worth of shares changing hands send it down 30%

The code for the shares remains as BLZ in spite of the name change; see 2nd paragraph of the recent announcement:

Rage are you with Barclays? They - not for the first time - have not updated their systems so says can't trade. Will be updated overnight and will be live again tomorrow. Call to trade.

if they are just going to stick to kosher food its hard to get excited about this share now, a very limited market with little growth prospects, if they are willing to invest in other things it would be a very tempting buy at this level, not that much volume today yet a big fall, it could go up as much on small volume on any good news, looks a good buy at this level, should think it would be a safe buy here even if a big market correction comes along on the fundamentals

Put another way now valued at about cash only, with nothing for the $80m recent investment to get controlling stake in WILC.

Looks like the typical stuff going on here.

Small investors scared and rather feel the cash

moneyman18

If it goes much lower it will be valuing the company as if $60m in cash (ignoring WILC cash) didn't exist!

Do they still have the mandate to do that? The prospectus also suggests that they will buy something that already has decent revenues from day one, so mini conglomerate) with an eye to dividends.

Would seem a very cheap way to buy into WilC if one were so minded.

will the company start buying back shares at this level, that would make sense condidering the market cap v cash

There may also be some selling as people originally invested in a technology company. It's probably going to become a very different company from here, first food, next who knows what will be added. It may well become a general conglomerate.
