31/7/2014 11:44 | 24 July 2014 Zacks Investment Research G Willi-Food International has the Highest Earnings Yield in the Food Distributors Industry (WILC, SPTN, SYY) Jul 24, 2014 (Fast Lane via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Food Distributors industry with the highest earnings yields. 31/7/2014 10:29 | The Apple verdict will be appealed. A close friend of mine is a litigation lawyer who in the past specialised in international intellectual property. He says there were obvious and grave problems with the Apple-Emblaze verdict. American juries and judges are notorious for giving jingoistic decisions which ignore the legal realities. The jingoistic tendency diminishes as the level of the court increases. So there is a chance Emblaze could win on appeal. For current shareholders, this possiblility can be written off in any valuation of BLZ. In reality there remains a small possiblity of a very large windfall. BLZ's share of Willi-Foods and the cash on the BLZ balance sheet together give a BLZ asset value significantly above the current market Price. So they remain a bargain at the price at which they were suspended. | cjohn
30/7/2014 23:57 | I am going to predict a price of 110p PLUS, I base this on the fact that Apple case has been lost, And thus MicroSoft case will soon be kicked out, which will relieve the market of previous wild claims which have been a part even main part of BLZ history. We also have the possibility to offload EMOZE and ELSE to anyone that wants em, maybe we will get a few grand which could cover or go towards transfer costs. Leaving BLZ with NEW Focus and a New Management team, these people appear to have form and form means they have friends who would be keen to back them, I think the Danka history should fair well and I can see new opportunities coming from that history, This could be the one, And there are a lot of very power full people who wanted these changes to happen, and we have seen that process happen. | moneyman18
30/7/2014 17:57 | Anyone seen the prospectus? | waterloo01

28/7/2014 18:05 | i dont know why they dont just offer us 55p a share and take it private | landsker
28/7/2014 17:41 | landsker, might be the case but with $60m + still in cash and the Willi stake worth also about $60m at today's price, it should give a valuation of around £70m (65p ish). | waterloo01
28/7/2014 12:27 | some where probably hanging on for the results of the apple trial, i think a lot of people will just sell now, people who invested in a company they thought might change world communications are hardly likely to be interested in holding shares in a food company, a fall to 39p then a slow recovery to 50p which could take 3 years | landsker
26/7/2014 09:41 | But hey..... what do I know..... I bought them in the first place. Jozz ;-) | jozz
26/7/2014 09:40 | Recovering to 45p within a month | jozz |
