What Beeks and myself and others are trying to get at is what is the grounds for claiming illegal activity. Whenever this question is pushed the get out clause seems to be "i am not going into detail" but it's said with an "I'm far to busy to bother with your silly questions" attitude. The point being made is these are not silly questions, they are basic fundamental questions and without solid answers no one will ever understand what is going on in which case there is absolutely no point in repeatedly implying prison sentences, illegal activity and a corrupt shareholder base.
Roddie, i take your point but ST invites discussion on what is a discussion forum, there is no point in repeatedly asking the same question i agree but one straight answer would solve this.
I am of the opinion that if you are going to make repeated public accusations of wrong doing the least you can do is provide basic evidence otherwise as thread moderator i will become compliant to these views by letting them go unchallenged.

THE DISGRUNTLED LITIGATION SHAREHOLDER IS YET AGAIN TODAY POSTING ABOUT A JAIL SENTENCE OF UP TO 7 YEARS .

THE MODERATORS DEALING WITH EKT THREADS SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE CONTINUOS POSTING ON ADVFN OF UNPROVEN THREATS AGAINST EKT DIRECTORS .

THIS CONTINUOUS AGGRESSIVE POSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM A DISGRUNTLED LITIGATION SHAREHOLDER HAS TO BE DELT WITH NOW AND STOPPED RIGHT NOW.

SERIOUS WORDS OR WARNING .

ANY SHAREHOLDER OR NONE SHAREHOLDER THAT GETS INVOLVED WITH SOMEONE IN PROTRACTED LITIGATION WILL END UP IN THE MIRE WITH THE INSTIGATOR.

YOU ARE ALL BEST KEEPING OUT OF IT ,AND LET THE LITIGATION INSTIGATOR DO THERE OWN DIRTY WORK .

SERIOUS WORDS OF WARNING

BlaSS,

I am not defending anyone. Simon is setting himself up for criticism, but there is no point in other posters repeatedly asking the same question. Simon should consider not posting at all.

For goodness sake BlackSS I am not going into further detail you are winding me up all will be revealed in due course.

Yoyo, the dissemination of board information is both corrupt and fraudulent both of which I have provided evidence of the court. Both are classed as the most serious acts and as such the maximum penalty is 7 years prison.

EKT has done no wrong ,The directors have the situation well in their control .
The warnings are there to see when one enters the share market ,
YOU MAY NOT GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK .

Its as good as gambling .

The Directors at EKT WILL NOT BE CONTINUALLY THREATENED THAT THEY ARE TO END UP IN JAIL.

AS WE CAN ALL SEE TEMPLAR THINKS HE IS JUDGE AND JURY ,WELL HE HAS MADE A SERIOUS MISTAKE EVEN WORSE .

WE WILL ALL SEE THAT THE INSTIGATOR OF ALL THE FALSE THREATS WILL BE DELT WITH IS IN DUE COURSE .

VERY SERIOUS UNTOLD DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE TO THE DIRECTORS OF EKT AND THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE BY THE ACTIONS OF A VERY DISGRUNTLED SHAREHOLDER .

simon,

I can find no reference on Google for either "corrupt shareholder base" or "corruption of shareholder base"

Is this a phrase you have invented?

Morally corrupt is not illegally corrupt.
The shareholders approve all the appointments to the BOD, that is their say in the running of the company and their show of faith in the management. Virtually no one opposes the actions of the board, 99% is not an unusual pass rate at voting time on most proposals. The management defense has always been that they have done everything with the full backing of the shareholders that bother to show an interest.
Unless you can pinpoint an exact rule broken in the makeup of the shareholder base anything else is a waste of time and money.
Having identified the exact rule that was broken you need to identify it to the FSA. If they agree there has been a criminal or illegal act then you need to go to court and state your case.
Only then will you have established that all your other gripes have foundation.

But you have been unable to prove the shareholder base was corrupted so it is a defence and a strong defence.
As for reckless financial control. The accounts were published and approved, several FD's were involved and the policy of "weeding out the dead wood" was welcomed at the time, everything was public and above board.

We all know what has gone on here but right from the start you needed to establish an illegal act that might then have cast doubt on all that followed but your case has constantly referred to the corrupt shareholder base but it's just not proven.

But you are wrong Black directors have a duty of care like everyone has in business, the company sold TC at undervalue due to reckless financial control.

edit:

With regards to "approval" the shareholder base has been corrupted so that argument is no defence.

The problem is there is still nothing illegal in giving away Versarian.
It was on the open market and he got what he could. with no one with the capability to run TC properly it would have been a liability to keep it.
Again there is no law against not being any good at what you do if you have the backing of your shareholders.

Versarien market cap is now £24 million well done Neil!

Not bad when you have been given a head start when our Chairman gave away a profitable company at undervalue.

Appeal for information.

I know at least one previous investor who was unable to seek restitution for his losses in Elektron due to their death, if readers are aware of others please use the ADVFN link to email me.

The reason being there is more chance of there being a committal sentence for a failure to be able to seek proper restitution.

The Vice Chancellor himself sent a number of people to prison over a VAT fraud in a civil fraud, one of the reasons for a civil commitment he gave was that the VAT could not be repaid.

I am determined to seek a committal sentence due to the extent of the damage caused both to the company and its shareholders.

OK chaps, i think we have a case of misinterpretation of each others posts here. Easily done on these forums. Rod is defensive of ST who is the only one to actually stand up to the company and Beeks just wants to clarify ST's position.
Bottom line is all the PI shareholders, past and present , want the same thing.
The management to act on their obligation to return shareholder value to the majority and like it or not the PI's outnumber the 4 big holders.
Unfortunately the company is now run as a private limited company with the 4 main shareholders or representatives making up the board. These 4 holders seem to have excused the management from their obligation of returning shareholder value for whatever reason and are happy to see a five year steady decline in turnover and assets with no sign of this changing continue.
I honestly feel now we have reached a stage of sell up or put up but continually knocking your own investment pat/tilly while continuing to hold will prove a very expensive statement when you can say "told you so" and you have lost your money.
