Tilly - any chance of answering some of BlackSS' questions?

The BOD are getting a wage which has been approved by the business and its remuneration committee. Have you evidence of otherwise?

Simon When Daley took over the realms here we had a market cap of 20m and the mkt cap rose to 50m Now the mkt cap has rallied from 7m to 11m does this warrant the bonus daley received last year of 100k??This is a reward for failureV v wrong Why should shareholders who have lost a lot of money here continue to fund BOD lifestyle??

There is to be legal redress against just about anyone who has caused loss and distress whether it be the directors, former directors, advisors, non executive directors, financial advisors!

It does not concern me what others do I am only concerned with wrongdoing in this company.

The two non executive directors above have their own interests in this matter.

Firstly ST i am not criticising your legal action and i wish you all the luck with it.
I am trying to clarify the action where Beeks has drawn a blank.
Right so now we are getting somewhere.
So the remuneration package is not illegal but the election and actions of the NED's is because they are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders.This would be difficult to prove given that the board is made up and includes 2 NEDS placed there by the 2 largest shareholders. The shareholder structure on the other hand is questionable given the voting right of the JSOP and buy back suggestions at the time in fact the whole JSOP and the structure of the board around that time given the,six? was it?, FD's in a short period of time and multitude of other directors that came and went.
Your legal action seems to have attempted to cover 100 points that have clouded the water and detracted from the 2-3 major "clear cut" issues that could have been focused on.
The fact that you are now taking legal action against the legal people says to me you need to stop, regroup and concentrate on the real matters in hand. the JSOP and the share structure. Everything else is immaterial now.
The fact that just about every AIM company appoints its own NEDS to serve its own purpose and EKT has allowed the 2 major shareholders to appoint representatives to represent shareholder views on the BOD means trying to prove the BOD is not shareholder friendly could be a non starter.

Its illegal due to many factors not leas the shareholders been misled and also the non directors failed to act for the benefit of shareholders.

The current non executive directors are only in place to serve 2 parties!!!

The shareholders voting structure have been unlawfully compromised which I have alluded to many times.

Beeks has his feet firmly on the ground. All he has ever asked is what are the specific charges and reasons behind the accusations. For example when you say
"The current management have milked the company since the chairman came on board"

What case could you mount against this ? He has taken an agreed wage set by the board, a bonus awarded by the remuneration committee. presumably expenses ect are declared and his tax affairs are in order.
Before taking these awards they are cleared by the shareholders who bother to vote including the major shareholders whose backing is crucial to the company. Two of these major shareholders have placed men on the BOD and also approve Daleys position and his remuneration package. It is highly likely that even if a vote was held and all shareholders "forced" to vote the remuneration committee would receive the backing of the majority.
So the question is how is the remuneration package illegal ?

Every man and his dog knows what damage has been done by current management to this company, the directors have milked the company since the Chairman came on board.

Just to give an update on various matters I am still awaiting the transcript and have chased it up. I am also considering a number of other matters including defamation proceedings against the Chairman of Elektron.

Have you added up how much the directors have paid themselves over the years and all the wasted money and poor acquisitions?

Evidently not your posts don't really deserve a reply you are completely out of touch with what damage the executives have done to this company.

I wont bother replying to any further comments of a similar nature.

Tilly, are you saying that, if the current management were removed, investors would suddenly come flocking back and the share price would fly up?Apart from the current directors selling their holdings down which would likely depress the price for years, there is no guarantee that another management team would do any differently.

The company is not undervalued, i doubt its worth 2p at the moment. check out NTAV per share and assume marginal bottom line. the company is being dragged under by chuckit either by stupidity or design ;-)
