Well my agenda is different to D&A I am not ignoring what is going on I am dealing with the matter and haven't stopped regardless of the hurdles. Neither will I until full restitution has taken place and any wrongdoers punished.

Think about it averaged down at 5 pence and got the largest chunk but I also suspect D&A put some pressure on at the time. Whether they will continue to allow the current directors to continue to take excessive remuneration is another matter.

Doesn't make any difference to me I have my own agenda.

You are correct paying excessive pay is unfair prejudice however it all depends on the extent of the extent of any wrongdoing and how much damage has been caused to the company.

I did in fact attempt to adduce the TMF report in my derivative claim but the defendants lawyers objected. Since then its been adduced as evidence in subsequent court hearings.

The damage is clear to see.

How have the bonuses been funded?

Out of trading income?

Out of the sale of assets?

Just what are the financial transactions with the closure of the old JSOP?

How much did Daley put into the JSOP?

How much did Wilson put into the JSOP?

Were those monies all lost?

Reading through your post above that might explain why this company has filed exceptionals on every set of accounts i can remember and why millions has been syphoned off into checkit with absolutely zero return. I think there is also a major shareholder who benefits from property rent ;-)

He had to remove a number of his twitter posts that probably hurt him. What they will be very worried about is what was said on at the recent court hearing before the Vice Chancellor I bet they never ever imagined I would go down the contempt of court route.

All they have dome now is made things even worse than they were before, lawyers cannot be happy being implicated in fraud.

The taking of bonuses was the worst thing they could have done and so replacing a bonus scheme when the first one was a scam.

A director cannot ever benefit from a previous wrongdoing!

Well that's not a straightforward answer.

Principally however from any of the defendants, that is to say the directors who were named in my derivative action.

However so far as I am concerned there will be a claim against the lawyers as well and in due course potentially a claim off the financial advisors.

Its all to do with joint and several liability if you want to look that up.

I am still awaiting the judgement transcript it seems its been applied for but the transcription company awaiting the court on that.

Once I get the transcription we are off again unless I need to seek urgent legal action in the meantime over anything whatsoever which I cannot elaborate on.

Its been a very long and difficult process which I am determined to seek redress not only for myself but other friends of mine who have been misled.

Fortunately there is no statue bar under the litigation I am pursuing.
