The 'start' accelerates a bit more. Chile is clearly being advanced in parallel to Albania so this certification is notable for that. The next update will hopefully turn back to Albania and deliveries into customers.

From the other board.

It's a Start
I'll concede that nothing short of line-of-sight of first revenues linked to deliveries into the 2 big contracts in Albania and Kosovo and/or signing another big deal in another jurisdiction that the company keeps alluding to, is going to get the share price popping, but today's RNS can be read as a hint of more positive developments to come (soon). Albani has obviously been the key figure in securing and maintaining the company's key advantage (despite the share price performance) over its competitors: the massive dual contracts in the region and is likely close to signing more business, as this RNS implies. Agreeing to essentially come out of the background and take such a prominent executive role at the company - for me - indicates they're ready to move forward in a way we all want to see: delivery of product, first revenues, and then growing the business elsewhere through JVs and partnerships. And perhaps I am too ambitious in my reading of the RNS, but I am cautiously encouraged by quotes like, "As the Company's largest shareholder, I want to assure our long-supporting as well as potential investors, that my efforts will be keenly focused on creating shareholder value and improving the performance of our shares. Your trust and investment in our company are paramount and I am committed to working diligently towards our collective success." At least it comes close to a mea culpa for the appalling share price performance-to-date and a promise to do better going forward. Let's see.....

Also aim listed eco buildings, ECOB.
They have the same advisers. Spark advisory partners
Posibly follow ecob because they are the ones in albania and have the moduler panel making factory. Tied on with ecozenova.?

I tell you what, effortless. I know you won't take it bc with people like you, it's all about the smear, innuendo and slurs, rather than logic and showing your work, but I'll give you an off-ramp: Let's forget all of the nonsense and contradictions you've offered thus far and try and start fresh: ECOB have announced Redfern is suspended subject to an investigation. In a situation such as this, we know FCA rules would direct the NOMAD to compel the company to disclose any and all material impacts the suspension may have on the Company's performance so since nothing else was in fact disclosed, my informed assumption is that it has something to do with Redfern's personal misconduct. You obviously disagree so why don't you have a crack at sharing exactly why and offer instead a credible, alternative explanation? Or do you want to continue to argue a red herring like the meaning of the word 'personal'?

Took me 5 whole minutes.... None of the executives that I could see that were suspended - and then fired - were accused of financial malfeasance that affected the companies themselves. Very unpleasant situations for sure, but the main point remains that their suspension and eventual punishment were for PERSONAL misbehaviour that was NOT in any way an indication of problems at the companies themselves, which is all that is at issue here. effortless clearly wishes to impugn ECOB for what is very likely Redfern's PERSONAL, ethical breaches and there is simply no evidence for anything more than that.

And a final note, meant for the moment for anyone other than effortless since he's going to be spending the next few days trying to figure out a way to respond without having to take the short-term pain and just admit he made a fool of himself: In no way am I suggesting suspending an executive board member is a 'good' thing (although it is a possibility of course. The other board's resident troll - obviously no fan of the company - claims he KNOWS Redfern to be a waste of space), however, in addition to the relative ubiquity of suspending an executive for personal misconduct, especially if this ends in dismissal, ECOB will also be far from the first company in history to try and keep previous management on board and involved after buying their assets, but find it impossible, and then have to part company for one reason or another. When effortless pulls himself together, maybe he can explain to me how that outcome is also somehow unique to ECOB and therefore a harbinger of doom.

I don't think you understand what I meant nor therefore what you're talking about, effortless. Employees violate the terms of their employment contracts on the basis of bringing the company into disrepute, violating the laws of the country they reside in for various PERSONAL REASONS unrelated to the company, etc., and therefore get suspended-fired, ALL THE TIME. I reckon that's very likely the situation behind this as anything impacting the Company economically and ECOB would have been compelled to divulge it already. What in the f are you even talking about?

I've been reassured on this, Effortless. Firstly, ECOB own everything now and have a team in Albania and London who are expert in the technology, so Redfern's only real usefulness from the beginning was helping get the factory shipped from Dubai to Duress, which is long-since successfully completed of course. Since then, he has had no relevant role as far as I could see, so I was hopeful that he would be downgraded soon to non-exec (cheaper!) anyway. For me, this looks much more likely to be related to personal issues than anything business-focused and as a result, I'm fairly relaxed

Uh-oh, echoridge, this does not sound good ....

Dominic Redfearn is of course, the individual that brought ECOB all its world-bearing technology in the first place.
