02/5/2024 14:14 | BBC's "Crossing Continents" last Tuesday gave a pretty bleak review of the current state of Kosovo and the tension with Serbia. | gnnmartin
02/5/2024 13:21 | Classic treeshake. | kemche
19/4/2024 17:34 | The whoosh is beginning. | kemche
19/4/2024 11:37 | Zenova products o.k. for europe. Totally green and suitable if required. The distributer, ecezenova for latin america and chile! Is also the distributer for ecobuildings. Have they been put in place. | bobdown2
18/4/2024 16:18 | The 'start' accelerates a bit more. Chile is clearly being advanced in parallel to Albania so this certification is notable for that. The next update will hopefully turn back to Albania and deliveries into customers. | echoridge
18/4/2024 12:22 | He also recommended RRR at multiples of the current price. But he is not a patch on our Barry - his record speaks for itself. And just as brazen. Revels in his multitude of abject failures. Bravo. | kemche
18/4/2024 11:06 | It's a very unfortunate price relative to the RTO price obviously, but otherwise this is a pretty/very positive update in my view. Dilution is still relatively modest and the investor group is very high quality; ie., all are existing shareholders including the big one from Albani, a co-founder and non-exec, likely none of whom are going to be looking to sell anytime soon as they are all long-term, knowledgable shareholders who believe in the massive long-term story and are thus looking for many multiples of 12p. So no overhang....meantime | kemche
15/4/2024 09:09 | From the other board. It's a Start I'll concede that nothing short of line-of-sight of first revenues linked to deliveries into the 2 big contracts in Albania and Kosovo and/or signing another big deal in another jurisdiction that the company keeps alluding to, is going to get the share price popping, but today's RNS can be read as a hint of more positive developments to come (soon). Albani has obviously been the key figure in securing and maintaining the company's key advantage (despite the share price performance) over its competitors: the massive dual contracts in the region and is likely close to signing more business, as this RNS implies. Agreeing to essentially come out of the background and take such a prominent executive role at the company - for me - indicates they're ready to move forward in a way we all want to see: delivery of product, first revenues, and then growing the business elsewhere through JVs and partnerships. And perhaps I am too ambitious in my reading of the RNS, but I am cautiously encouraged by quotes like, "As the Company's largest shareholder, I want to assure our long-supporting as well as potential investors, that my efforts will be keenly focused on creating shareholder value and improving the performance of our shares. Your trust and investment in our company are paramount and I am committed to working diligently towards our collective success." At least it comes close to a mea culpa for the appalling share price performance-to-date and a promise to do better going forward. Let's see..... | echoridge

08/4/2024 11:41 | Most of the sells are buys. | kemche
27/3/2024 10:55 | Just watched a house being built. Totally amazing. Just one observation. Wind and rain. Wind would make panel work a problem. Rain provide a dampener. However, this looks a good idea as allot of the work is done in the dry and the glas fibre in the sections should be waterproof. The inside of the ones shown do look impressive. | bobdown2
25/3/2024 13:34 | Also aim listed eco buildings, ECOB. They have the same advisers. Spark advisory partners Posibly follow ecob because they are the ones in albania and have the moduler panel making factory. Tied on with ecozenova.? | bobdown2
25/3/2024 10:38 | Barry the background buyer? I continue to average down. | kemche
12/2/2024 16:53 | Fox Marble remains a subsidiary of the newco after the reversing in of the Eco Building business. | echoridge
12/2/2024 16:44 | What's the relationship of this company to Fox Marble please? Thanks. | cyberbub
12/2/2024 10:09 | Clearly, a partial solution to the crisis here (and elsewhere) is more (cheaper) modular house building, but the problem for companies like Ilke - in the UK in particular - aside from getting too leveraged too quickly, has been the difficulty of getting adequate greenfield sites and then the laborious over-regulation of the permitting process once they were acquired, not to mention the malign influence of the major housebuilding incumbents and of course, rampant NIMBY pushback from locals. By luck or design, ECOB's low-debt, lower risk business model of delivering into signed contracts at construction companies with pre-approved projects, and in developing economies like Albania where the housing need may be even greater than here, appears superior to its much larger competitors at the moment. | echoridge
12/2/2024 09:07 | This government have exacerbated the housing market by giving help to buy, and allowing people to owe huge amounts of money, 30 years ago, you could only borrow 2 1/2 times your salary or maybe three times your salary now people have to find 10 times there salary | christopher logsdon
11/2/2024 09:54 | Support Democracy, Buy ECOB: www.eastlondonadvert | echoridge
10/2/2024 01:32 | Tell me about it Barry. It has absolutely hammered me. You should see my portfolio - every single one of them down more that 70%. | kemche
08/2/2024 16:01 | This small cap market will do that to you. | echoridge
08/2/2024 14:32 | Thanks. I held shares in Fox and sold out, but failed to sell all of them so was left with 295. I was pleased enough with today's news to round that up to 10,000 (9,705 bought at 12.45p). I would have bought more if my other shares were doing well, but I not feeling very confident about anything! | gnnmartin
08/2/2024 13:56 | No, gn, it appears to be a closed raise | echoridge
08/2/2024 13:10 | Indeed good news. Just to check, there is no opportunity for other shareholders to participate? I can understand why that decision was made, but want to check I have not missed something. | gnnmartin
08/2/2024 09:33 | This is very good news. ZED and CHLL did the same. Matt Davis doing a fine job. South America will be MASSIVE. This is looking very profit adjacent now. | kemche |
