The share price over-reached itself briefly on the way up there, but I wouldn't be surprised if it closed today at 24p.

Friday may well be responsible for this, but in that case why didn't we see a bigger move on Friday itself rather than this delayed reaction?

Excellent news in my estimation - this will lead to a formal consolidation of the company with its new acquisitions, and doubtless increased reach and more profits. A very pleasing outcome in advance of results!

Nevertheless, based on the evidence it has received in its assessment of the Transaction to date, the CMA considers that it is appropriate to revoke the Initial Enforcement Order.



DX will now continue with the combination of the acquired trade and assets with the Company's existing operations in Scotland so as to deliver the customer service enhancements and anticipated cost savings as planned.

can someone help thick me? Why and how are there over 900,000 share sold vs 90k bought and yet the share price is up? how does that work? if the shares are selling so much and so overwhelmingly against sells how is it up?

They have already told us the dividend will be 2.5p so a final of 1.5p and results are in line with expectations looks good to me.

As well as this they've currently submitted a separate proposal for their hub which includes a meadow and the amalgamating of the building units they proposed. On top of this I believe the planning committee voted 16 against 11 for (may be wrong) and so they only have to sway 5 votes.
On top of all of this I believe their initial plans and their refusal they can still appeal against.

I'm quite sure that they'll be given the thumbs up on the new plans. They only have to sway 5 on the first plans but they've gone and reduced significantly their initial plans and greatly reduced the size of the site they went for.

If they get given the go ahead I expect a 7-10p increase in SP, if they have decent results and honour the divi which I expect they will I imagine the share price at the very least increasing upwards of 75% a month from the results
