21/7/2016 11:35 | Looks like 1.4p eps is possible, so P/E drops to c. 10. & why would directors buy so much if this is unlikely? | napoleon 14th
18/7/2016 08:07 | The P E is too racy at over 46 they need some bally good results to retain such a level | solarno lopez
17/7/2016 16:33 | And as an investor living in France the shares are even cheaper for me to buy with my Euros since brexit :-] | chickenrun1
17/7/2016 16:31 | I started buying these last week. In the year end results Cheryl Jones said: "I am pleased to report Dods Group achieved a strong set of results for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2016. This was a pivotal year for Dods in the development and early execution of the Group's business plan." A few years ago Dods used to get the June 30 ending half interims out in late July so I wouldn't be surprised if they are a lot earlier than last year. Mkt cap £45m with £3.5m cash generation and net cash of £9m. H1 2015 (0.03p) H2 2015 0.69p eps What might they do in H1 this year after 0.63p in the last half? Directors buying shed-loads from Sep to May. With all the uncertainty of brexit the demand for Dods business info must be strong. Amazing how few investors have identified this if any. | chickenrun1

31/5/2016 15:27 | A major shareholder increasing their holding today after director buying last week. | duncan doughnut
27/5/2016 09:29 | I'm guessing DODS have had a mention in this week's IC today, given the activity and uptick - but my postal copy doesn't arrive until lunchtime. I'm also a fairly long-term holder from 2008, but with averaging down on a few occasions I can just about see a profit and am very happy to hold for considerably more - but it's been a heck of a journey. f | fillipe
27/5/2016 08:37 | likewise - SL Director buying only small amounts so not sure what to read into that Can only hope so will hold to try for a poss buy out even though the PE is high | vino
27/5/2016 08:03 | Thanks Cerrito and I joined you in the early days at 50p and all the way down to average and am still not convinced but director buying gives some confidence | solarno lopez
26/5/2016 21:59 | Congrats to those who perservered with this..as someone who got into this when it was Huveaux at 50p+ I sold in November 13 at 3.5p..not a great decision in hindsight. Given the improvement in the financials and the Director's buying I pondered going back in but as I found the Chairman's and CEO's report uncomprehensible I went back to sleep. In the past a General Election year would have been good for them and I noticed that their European revenues were higher than I would have expected. | cerrito
26/5/2016 18:38 | A 400K director buy at the close. I saw these mentioned elsewhere today. If you look at the 2H earnings and the momentum of the last few half years, then it is quite possible next years earnings could be much higher than this years headline earnings. A lot of the directors seem to think so with their heavy buying I say. | duncan doughnut
23/5/2016 10:43 | at long last we have movement but on a pricey P E of around 40 | solarno lopez |
