I got the same message and had the same thought - however as I understand it my existing holding is unaffected and I will still be free to sell if I so wish.

Whatever it means, it may just be that this is a simple oversight on the part of the company which will now be rectified.

I have just been "informed" that this company is classed as a PRIIP (=Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products) and as such its shares will not be available for retail investors to purchase from 1st Jan 2018 on the grounds that it is required to issue a KID (Key Information Document) and has not done so. (Another b....y Euro reg I assume.)

Whatever, I cannot see any plausible grounds for the PRIIP classification - or perhaps it is a case of mistaken identity.

Can anyone enlighten?

On the move this morning. Interims were on Nov 9th last year but have been late October in the past (and not always released at 7 a.m.) so could come at any time.

It's been a while so thought I'd revive this thread after a string of buys this afternoon. Interims are due any day now, and if the company continues to show it is making progress these could look quite cheap at present levels.

When is the next news? Might move on from its' 12-14p trading range then...
Dull as dishwater for now.

Last year results were May 23rd. Perhaps they'll have something for shareholders one day....
Not sure I'll be around 'cos this company is dead boring!

I've been trying to figure out the reason for uptick frpm the recent approx 11.5p double-bottom. Sure there have been buys each day, but hardly enough to make the difference....?

I think someone has been buying quietly on a daily basis mopping up at the end of the day as for the last week the price has dropped during the day but recovered to the same as the beginning of the day
The Directors bought a month or two ago so avoiding any inside trading charges
The American hedgie has increased its share even after the latest funding exercise
Could be interesting times- well I hope so

Not much info on them but looks like hedge fund in USA so why would they be interested
Had placing of 100 ml. Usd beginning of year but only raised 29 ml
From listings etc minimum info given so low profile
