Someone is confident enough to buy 100k @ 35p at 12.15pm.

jonno6. I've warned you about being disrespectful to turnips. But thank you very much for returning. I still have almost zero faith in technical analysis as applied to nascent, news driven companies but maybe every little helps?

biswell...time for an update on the progress of cozart

that looks like a breakout from their long term downtrend...with strong director buying including the fd

guess what? cozart had their contract with the home office extended...i thought you said that wouldnt happen

how about a quick update on your own share blr which i warned you that your technical analysis was a pipedream...ive drawn your "trend lines" on it so we can see how it hasnt followed your imaginary trends

if ever there was an example of someone using technical analysis without understanding what they were doing it is you...i hereby conclude my evidence that you have the brains of a turnip

He may have been going to buy anyway but thought it best not to until the information was public knowledge.

Just read the RNS, Ed Wallner bought the 60k @ 33p yesterday and today's 100k @ 32p. Unless for other reasons yet to be revealed, he must think that the renewal of the contract until March 2008 is significant.

If only because the share price is up 1p I think the 100k trade @ 32p this a.m., was buy.

Cozart was never in danger of losing the DIP contract pre-2008, so whilst reassuring, the RNS was hardly unexpected.

Over the past few days the MMs have been dropping their prices following sells and it's been held up by Numis. Today, along with the general apathy of the market, Numis followed the herd.

Good news indeed, onwards and upwards.

2.5-3 fold uplift in the number of tests performed in the UK.

Cozart (R) being used across Europe and other countries.

The importance of the new Cozart(R) DDS on site testing is increasingly recognised internationally.

IC -A forward PE ratio of 21 is not especially cheap, but with Philips on board and considering the growth potential from roadside testing, the shares look good value long term.

Shares mag today tips CZT in two sep articles. It picks up on the director buying. It quotes Numis as seeing profits of 1.8m this year and an eps of 1.6p rising to 2.3m and 1.8p next year and a price target of 37p.

WengerB

You go from strength to strength, that last post was quite mindblowing, I can confirm as a company director that short term share price is not the main issue, the main issue is strategy and tactics and delivering through them, the phrase often used is 'get them right, and the share price with a fair wind, will take care of itself'.

It is a side issue saying find another PR company, as you point out, FD are highly reputable and Ben Atwell is well thought of according to my sources.

I refer back to Charles Spilling who was until recently the head of healthcare at Numis and is now in the hot seat at MDY Healthcare, no sooner had he joined MDY than he changed our PR company to............FD, and who looks after us.....Ben Atwell!

Patience here will be rewarded, a solid company, with (imo) the right products, strategy and tactics to deliver, may even stir things up and ADD.

Good Luck and thanks.

WengerB, Thank you for your well thought out and explained comments in response to my posts. I, as I said am a long term holder. I am not worried about the day to day share price. I am concerned that there is liquidy for the company's shares particulary as the directors do hold such a high proportion of the equity.
