I agree, this is one my banker shares, not in any hurry, happy to let the strategy unfold, looking for a personal target of 50p within twelve months.

Up 3.6% this morning, yet the volume whilst good is not spectacular, which makes one wonder if the MM know something is in the wind, which could blow from any one of several directions?

The repeated buying by Ed Wallner is very encouraging and for my money continues to indicate that CZT is undervalued, results will be good and ultimately a notable rise in share price will follow.

cfb,

I do believe that they have been adding Cozart, they are on record (to me at least)as saying that they would add Cozart.

They hold AOI and have been buying shares in other public companies over recent weeks.

Nice to see Edgar buying again.

jimmyloser: Today's RNS shows that the 100K was a buy and I'd be suprised if MDY were "mopping up" shares in the background as they could negotiate a better price for a large volume and I'd expect them to diversify their portfolio. If my memory serves me correctly, they currently only have a couple of companies in their portfolio.

Lets look at it like this, The public will be whipped into a frenzy about all these crimes that are drug related,to this, will be added the cost of absenteeism and to our Health Service, the governments PR machine will go into overdrive, opposition to testing at universities, sixth form colleges, sports and anywhere that large numbers of young and not so young people gather, will dissipate, the cost of testing will fall....and when could all this happen, well, its already started, but in realty within two years once the new Philips model is out, now that is all conjecture.....isn't it?

Gombie: I agree with your comments. Long gone are the days of centralised purchasing through local education authorities; these days individual schools are able to decide on expenditure like drug testing and that means that different schools will choose different equipment. With the effort to sell to a single school, compared to a government department, I would say it makes it questionable as to whether it would be profitable for Cozart.

How many cartridges are Cozart likely to sell to a school? Two or three a month? Compare that to the usage of a police station, yet both will require training and support.

Hold on folks.

I also want to see Cozart do well. But I saw the tv news item this morning and I don't think that the test equipment shown was Cozarts. Some time ago after first reading that a particular school was already drug testing they mentioned a competitors drug kits were being used. I then contacted Cozart and asked if they were interested/involved in school drug tests and was told no.So don't hold your breath (excuse the pun)on this as far as Cozarts likely involvement is concerned.

Of course, I hope I am wrong and it works to their advantage.

Clearly I am not alone in thinking that CZT could be the most likely vehicle to use if the government went ahead wth its proposal to test school children for drugs with a fully proven system already widely used by police forces in the UK. Such an application would be very hot political potato, but with significant and wide ranging intelligence gained - on hotspots, sourcing, etc.

Good news for Cozart, I have a feeling that MDY Healthcare increased their stake in Cozart over the last couple of weeks, this is for me a solid investment with lots of upside.

How many schoold would be involved?

On the BBC this morning, the Government has plans for drug testing at schools.
Costs would be £13 per test with a school spending around £6000 per year.

Victoria, Australia was testing using the Cozart Rapiscan. I wonder whether the extension to other parts of Australia are using Cozart equipment too?
