It's hard to see which company could provide kit for "a pilot scheme.....early next year" other than Cozart:

simon8: It's only an investment by them in Cozart and not a very large one at that. If you're telling me that by Medisys buying shares Cozart is doomed I'd say that you need to seek therapy.

I was refering to their prior incarnation - and not a lot has changed about the management of the company since then - they precised over a catastrophic destruction of shareholder value and made some terrible decisions!!!!! Just warning you

simon8: Medisys have only just reinvented themselves as a medical investment company and have appointed a new CEO two weeks ago.

Cozart is their first investment so they have no track record, let alone an appaulling (sic) one.

I have now read the statement(email playing up) and I must say it makes sound sense. Widening its presence in a country in whose footsteps the UK is perhaps only recently following - detection, treatment and prevention.

A friend commented to me that HL's products were supplied by a US company (you can find this information on HL's website[1]), so Cozart might be able to replace these with their own products. Also, Cozart is now the biggest drug testing company in Scandinavia.

With directors holding a great many shares, one trusts that their judgement will prove productive.

Not a particularly exciting acquisition as Cozart already have a presence in Scandinavia having bought Medib. It brings in some institutional investors (including Medisys - which has a chequered background itself), which is not a bad thing, but I'd have thought paying £1m for a company with a pretax profit of £100K is only just about worth it in terms of due diligence.

Maybe I'm missing something but unless HL were seen as competitors I just can't see this as a strategic move - however, they do have the potential of sales in the Swedish criminal justice which is a market that they know well from the UK. I hope that wasn't the only reason that they bought HL.

Intriguing volumes and trades yesterday with a 66k buy @ 30p today. Yesterday was the opening day for the convention in Chicago at which CZT has a stand. Having met the U.S. regulatory and gained patent recognition for its leading products, CZT could attract a lot of interest.

You mean like when 2 years ago you forecasted that gold was going to fall to $375oz and crude to $37, LOL. OXS has been up to circa 80-90p since your disasterous forecasts. The real tip is to understand what a geopolitical risk is in the first place and then have the broad experience of international relationships and alliances to make a judgement call. As your posts testify, you judgement of the Israel/Hebollah-Labanon conflict could not have been more wrong. To my knowledge, there is not a thread on ADVFN where your posts have not been ridiculed for the tripe they are. I note your change of tack having realised how wrong you have been on Lebanon. LOL

Biswell(Archibald to the cognicenti) is an expert on Middle East geopolitical affairs(see the GPX thread) and is believed to also have an indepth perspective on drug trafficking and users in Iran. It is the latter that lends him to make pronouncements on the potential market for CZT products and has produced several graphs plotting the minute rise and fall of its share price Archibald is in close contact with a scientist and his assistant(Rover) whom together are drawing up specifications for a test kit to be transportable on a camel for use on the roadside.

And here's an informed view of the reputation of biswell:

Dr knowledge - 17 Jul'06 - 21:53 - 4486 of 4555

Mel, Re your mention of enlisting the help of the lab during the most recent outbreak of the "Bis" virus - perhaps this is an appropriate time to give you the latest thoughts from our boys in the white coats!

As you know, we got absolutely nowhere trying to analyse the charts Bis kindly donated, as one of the boys remarked it was akin to "searching for live spermatozoa in yoghurt!" However, we did of course pick up early on the pronounced split personality, e.g. when a request is made for Bis to leave your thread, the alter ego "Vis" responds (normally immediately). This we equate to what we here in the lab refer to as the "DOBO" effect, namely "Deceptively Obtuse yet Bleedingly Obvious", by openly displaying its characteristics, it is the patient's hope that everyone will think they are pretending to be ill, not realizing of course that they actually are rather unwell in their heads!!

That aside, we are pleased to report on ground breaking news!!! You will be aware of certain conditions such as Autism, where patients present with poor socio-interactive yet highly specialized brain skills (such as photographic memory). We combined this phenomenon with the DOBO effect and came up with what we now call the Bis-Reverse -Wealth-Indicator ("BRWI"). Let me explain the theory in practice!

Take two stocks that Bis has focused on in minute detail recently, VOG and SYNC.

SYNC - "biswell - 4 Jul'06 - 08:37 - 809 of 883- Trend since Feb is cleary down. A series of lower highs and lower lows , sub 20p seems likely from the chart"
Within 48 hrs of this prophetic analysis – SYNC began a sustained upwards movement which has continued to today where a new 6 month high of 27p was achieved. Yesterday Tips dot com highlighted the stock as a buy up to 55p.

VOG – "biswell - 12 Jul'06 - 08:12 - 4426 of 4485 Victoria Oil & Gas VOG - TA is very good so far ... with a repetition of previous cyclic action looking the most likely outcome for RSI and momentum, Slow stochs signaling the tide has turned"
As it may well have been indeed!!! But mere minutes after Biz' net ink had dried on the superhighway an ill wind hit VOG, now struggling to breech the mid-high 80's!!!!

Now it would be easy to pass these off as exceedingly bad chart analysis, or complete failure to even grasp the basics of investing, but having studied (to date), literally 100's of frightenly similar cases where a stock has done the exact opposite of Bis's predictions, we now conclude that this cannot be mere inability, moreover, we now think it is clear proof of the existence of "BRWI" from a "DOBO" in action!

Mel, forgive the long-winded post, but we really think we are on to something here! You may not like it, but we may well be shortly proclaiming Bis to be a stock EXPERT!!!! Unique in his ability to call it 100% spot on (that is of course if you do the exact opposite to what he recommends!!). Wealth could well be made here, our advice at present is to keep him onboard, do not attempt to anger him or berate him, and have your broker standing by for instructions at every post! Punters could even make requests for stock advice and act as above!

Once the final tests are complete, we will issue our final report on the matter, but a lot here now believe that a Nobel is on the offing here - and all thanks to one unique DOBO!!

biswell: It appears that you have developed a following with your infamous charting ability. Readers following this "astute" investor might like to read the following post:

And jonno6 recommended viewing Cozart against the FTSE:AIM Index which shows a remarkable similarity - not surprising for a share which is low volume.

Assuming jonno6 hasn't shot himself through boredom, I'll leave him to shoot down your more recent charts, which to even my basic charting skills look like you've left off a number of interesting resistance lines.

Talking about dogs ... check this out

Notice how the volume dropped as the share tried to get above 31p

Also notice the drop intraday to 24p ... something that I feel will repeat on a day close in future

Notice the previous big intraday drops .... that low price was hit later on both times

Volume rising today

biswell's graph is a seismic trace from today's quake in Indonesia.

CZT R & D costs increased significantly as the result of taking on more staff. No respectable dog would be seen associating with a one man band. Lol!
