25/6/2010 20:53 | O.K A bit of World Cup fun next week. I am going to enter the directors of COMG into my World Cup. Should be a laugh. | loverat
25/6/2010 20:49 | Where is the money please? | loverat
25/6/2010 20:45 | Please explain. COMG holders are anxiously awaiting your comments. | loverat
25/6/2010 20:40 | While we wait for answers - enjoy this. | loverat
25/6/2010 20:32 | Mr James Holmes Have you an update for COMG shareholders? Mr George Allnutt Have you an update for COMG shareholders? Mr Simon Littlewood Have you an update for COMG shareholders? Mr Victor Ng Have you an update for COMG shareholders? Mrs Littlewood and Mrs Ng (if you can spare a moment from checking out your Friday night wardrobe) are you in a position to comment? I have frequently raised the question: Where is the money? | loverat
23/6/2010 17:32 | I think your lack of response is very poor. I would rather you had the courtesy to respond - even it is to say you cannot help. Courtesy and manners cost little. Forget it and forget about contacting me again. | loverat
19/6/2010 20:43 | Still awaiting any information regarding MANA. To those folks who I contacted - would appreciate it if you could reply. | loverat
16/6/2010 19:32 | Well, there we go then. No litigants whatsover appeared here to stake their claims. I wonder why. Because no court would entertain any claims which can be successfully defended by justification and fair comment. These litigants (if they indeed exist)know that even though I have offered my personal details (subject to conditions) that their claims would be struck out and entered in the court record as vexatious. And they would be pouring their money down the drain - akin to investing in companies such as Dermalsave (DRM) and others. If you not believe me just ask David Lenigas, Sheffield Wednesday and all the other unsuccessful claimants. | loverat
16/6/2010 18:59 | And just think folks. If I had not been too busy investigating this, London Asia Capital and other threads, I could have been helping Meldex holders and other victims of fraud and dishonesty. The offenders here have prevented MDX holders from being helped by people like me. | loverat
16/6/2010 18:19 | Looks like the FSA will be broken up. Pretty much as expected. The FSA were pretty ineffective up until recently. Let's see whether the new regime will clean up things. As for the offenders, I would guess that today's announcement is too late and will not let them off the hook. The crooks have flourished over the last few years. Time for them to be brought to book. | loverat
13/6/2010 14:35 | And that is on top of everything else that could be coming their way. No wonder, no additional litigants came forward. I guess they thought that it may be rather difficult to convince the judge that the things posted here and elsewhere were untrue or not fair comment. And I suppose if they cannot prove that, then the judge may simply enter into the court record (as he is required to do) that any such such action is vexatious. Just ask David Lenigas. I happen to know of several shareholders in his companies who have sold out after that ridiculous episode. | loverat
13/6/2010 13:34 | I take it that there are no further litigants then. After last weeks outburst (in addition to January's alleged defamations against myself) I am seriously considering suing. If I decide to sue, I will be sending out my letter of claim this week. | loverat
11/6/2010 19:00 | The first prize is an edition of Gatley on Libel and Slander. | loverat
11/6/2010 18:42 | Is this the prize? The Law of Defamation: A Primer | jonc
11/6/2010 18:40 | First one to do so wins a prize. | loverat
11/6/2010 18:33 | Folks Who are the 'we' behind the claims? David Lenigas - someone whose action was described by a judge as 'vexatious'? Cougar6 - who ramped his companies until suspension. Painting - who ramped and ramped for years and is most likely Simon Littlewood who loaned 6m to the 'Croatian Mafia'? Any other takers? If so, get your claim in before 21:40pm | loverat
11/6/2010 18:20 | Any further litigants have 3 hrs and 20 minutes to stake their claim. I suspect that these people are too cowardly to come on here. Hiding behind the skirt of someone who has attempted to pursue 69 individuals. Have the balls to identify yourselves. On the other hand, perhaps that would not be wise considering the action which may be heading your way. | loverat
10/6/2010 01:45 | I just hope that the person listed for that business is registered to give accounting, auditing and tax consultancy advice. | tarvold |
