Must admit - been preoccupied with other matters and I have not checked lately.

Readers will be pleased to hear though that the London Asia requisitioners (against the odds) have been sent packing. The work of Keith Negal who sadly passed away recently did not go to waste. That's what happens when folks decide to stand united against a bunch of bullies.

Support the existing management. They have done an incredible job. What I like is that they communciation with shareholders in simple and plain language. (see below)

Vote down those that are into self interest and cosy deals.

A book or even a film could be made of this story which quite clearly involves previous directors seeking personal self gain, Croatian mafia, missing Indians and now conflicted Chinese. It is more than possible that two of the aforementioned are working together to make further financial gain at your expense. Err, ratty, count me out of that one. What I have to say will be said in due course, regardless of korner or his sycophants.

As regards 'mots', he can believe what he chooses. A default judgment against me would record what? Damages would have to be decided by a jury. The man is a fool.

Not a bad year really and no matter what the process the outcome was brilliant.


The lack of comment is because those involved are pleased that it is all over and do want to give any grounds for a future appeal. There is no gagging order from korner or anyone.


I appreciate the work you are doing on libel reform which is long overdue.

Anyway - last year I donated a small amount to the Libel Reform Campaign. I usually donate money to a charity of my choice every Christmas. This coming year I am still a bit skint - despite making some nice gains in IPM. I will however make another small donation this year.

As for everyone else I would urge you to sign the petition, which is growing in number all the time. The campaign has had incredible success so far and the benefits are showing through in judgements in the High Court. I have featured a case of an ADVFN poster attempting to sue 70 other users. I witnessed that 4 year saga and never want to see anything like it again.

Therefore please sign the petition.

Something else. One poster on that thread has made an allegation against certain AIM directors of 'telephone grooming'
