PHB'S are being offered to those with long term health conditions.

This is % of the health budget spent on those patients.

About £7 out of every £10 spent on health and social care is spent on people with long-term conditions, Augst points out, yet research suggests that many feel they lack choice: 50% of patients who had experienced a mini-stroke received little or no information about how they could prevent another one, while 60% of diabetes patients said they had not discussed their personal needs with a health professional.

CCG'S have to get their numbers in by next week.

Personal Health Budget (PHB)
BAAS: R01178
Frequency: Quarterly

Background to the collection
A personal health budget is one way of personalising people's care to ensure they get the care they need. A personal health budget is an amount of money to support a person's identified health and wellbeing needs, planned and agreed between the person and their local NHS team, or with a partner organisation on behalf of the NHS (e.g. local authority). Personal health budgets are not new money, but may mean spending money differently to ensure that people get the care they need. The right to have a personal health budget currently only applies to adults receiving NHS Continuing Healthcare and children in receipt of continuing care, but all areas of England are being encouraged to offer personal health budgets to other patient groups.

The NHS Mandate sets an ambitious objective that between 50-100,000 people will have a personal health budget by 2020/21. The Planning Guidance for 2017/18 required Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to submit trajectories for the numbers of personal health budgets to be in place by the end of 2019. The data collected here on quarterly activity will be used to monitor progress against these trajectories.

Personal Health Budgets submissions will be used as a measure for the CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework on a quarterly basis. NHS England will use the national headline data in a variety of ways including internal and public reports/publications. CCG level data will be used internally to update regional and NHS England teams to inform CCG assurance. CCG level data will also be given to other relevant NHS England programmes e.g. Transforming Care.

Over the next year those companies that have the ability to fill this gap, (in the massively growing market,) will start to be valued accordingly.

Now be fair Kemche. This is a great company and run by a superb bod who year after year have made a profit and gained huge contracts. They have never let shareholders down and have always put their hard earned money were their mouth is which is exactly why Tara loves them.

Good old Tara.I distinctly remember Mrs Duncan Doughnuts telling everyone there was literally no one else doing this.So all of a sudden we are 1/5 and that is after everyone else being discounted.
Judging by Cloudbuys previous performance that 20% will end up being 0.0000000002%.
Mind you, credit were it is due as that will be their best ever performance to-date.
