A few snippets from Francesco's statement as a reminder of what we are chasing in the next 2 months.

CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT

During the first six months of the year, the focus of management has remained
the monetisation of all of the Company's existing assets, through selected
realisations, court-led recoveries of misappropriated assets and substantial
debt-recovery processes.

The Board is committed to achieving significant cash return to shareholders;
the emphasis is on cash collection, not paper profits / valuation;

Moreover, the Board believes the Company will represent a particularly
attractive shell vehicle, with approximately EUR 60 million of capital and
trading loses.

The Company continues to pursue legal claims, amounting to some EUR 55 million
(GBP45.5 million); the value of these claims is not included on the Company's
balance sheet.

I think they had to go through the motions due to AIM rules, nomad request etc

They are being given enough cash to move forward on an ongoing basis , it is clear Eufingest know more than us and the market ( hence related party) and then are happy to keep lending

So all in all positive

All sounds positive to me with the first disposal before the end of the year to re-pay loans.

Ok, so the AIM related party stuff is an extra requirement for AIM NOMADs to state that transaction are fair and reasonable for shareholders in situations where they don't get a vote. Especially in distressed transactions, there is a requirement for the NOMAD to try to protect shareholders when transactions are done between related parties who might try and pull a fast one.

I don't believe there is a disposal around the corner.Looks more like yet another placing is due within the next six weeks. A sad attempt to try and get chumps interested enough to push the price up a bit and help the placees forward sell.

50There are only about a dozen serious investors in CLP (in my opinion on this BB)

On Friday we will have lots of nutters (coming off the other BB where they have been posting over 100's of messages) and we should aim to have some mature discussions before they clog up this BB.

Lets have a look at what the RNS says.

The Directors say 'as regards the transactions above ... consider them fair reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned'

Well do you agree?

1 Loan for euro 200K amended from 7.5% to 2.5% and new maturity date to be agreed before 31st March 2017 (there is a saving of euro 10K a year and cost per year is Euro 5K)

2 Another loan for euro 200K amended from 9% to 2.5% and new maturity date as above. (there is a saving of Euro 13K a year and cost per year is Euro 5K)

3 A £200K loan at 3% repaid 31st December 2015

4 A Loan for £200K taken on 15th March 2016 at 2.5% (you could say that No 3 above was being reduced from 3% to 2.5% so this sort of saves us another big £1K a year the cost is also £5K a year)

5 A Loan for £100K taken on 5th May 2016 at 2.5% (only costs us £2.5K a year)

6 A Loan for Euro 50K taken on 20th May 2016 at 2.5% (only cost us Euro 1,250 a year)

So to recap we have 5 loans Euro 450K and £300K at a cost per year of Euro 11,250 and £7,500

Then Eufingest convert some loans on 4th August 2016 to the value of £164,872. We can look on this conversion as a saving of about £4,121 a year (using 2.5% interest)

From this conversion we have about £160K of the loans repaid (for shares) and outstanding we have about £140K and Euro 450K.

If my calculations are correct then as discussed by other colleagues on this BB we have repaid some loans which has saved us a little interest and reduced our debt.

So what will the RNS say on Friday? My feeling is that a pacing will be done at £0.0075 for over £500K and we will issue 66,666,666 additional shares.

As the Professor has had to admit that Eufingest is a 'related party' there must be good reason to sate that now and we are going to find out very soon.

Thanks, get the loan bit, but what's the rest? What rules are there about "related parties".
