Doing nothing until more news personally then will decide, they have to begin delivering on some of the assets soon not just taking cash and paying debt down (albeit on very favorable terms)

I am hoping it is the seller keeping back the share price and nothing serious. It is the best news if that is the only reason. I do not want the share price rising just for a seller to sell it into. Better they get below the last placing price.
