        The Claims People Group plc ("The Claims People" or "the Group")

                                 Board changes

The Claims People are pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic Arthur
Boyce as Group Financial Director with effect from 12th July 2005. Mr Boyce,
aged 32, has previously held the position of Group Financial Controller of The
Claims People, together with that of Finance Director of the Group's principal
subsidiary The Claims People Limited. Prior to joining The Claims People he held
the position of Finance Manager at Alwen Hough Johnson, Lloyds reinsurance
brokers.

Peter Morgan, who has held the position of Group Finance Director since the
formation of The Claims People, is relinquishing the post to create time to deal
with other business interests. However, the Group will continue to have the
benefit of Peter Morgan's experience and input as he will remain Company
Secretary of The Claims People, and a director of The Claims People Limited.

Commenting on the change John French, Chairman of The Claims People said "We
very much appreciate all the hard work that Peter Morgan has put into the
business in its formative years and we are delighted that he will continue to
assist in various aspects of the Groups activities, both as Company Secretary
and in the operational matters of our principal subsidiary. Dominic has shown
tremendous enthusiasm since joining the Group and we are confident that he will
make an increased contribution to the well being of the future operations."
