jaknife: hazl, I'm not "scare mongering" but I understand why you think that just because my opinion is different to your opinion then there must be a nefarious element to my opinion. However, if you look back through my posts then, with the benefit of hindsight, you'll see that every one was smack on completely factual. I'm basing my decisions on the facts about what is actually happening: * The company is generating lots of hot air but negligible revenue * The directors have already cashed in a chunk of their own shares * There is huge cash burn necessitating repeated fund raises diluting shareholders * There is no evidence to suggest any material interest from the consumers at large in Melody's product. On the other hand, you appear to be basing your decisions on your dreams. And I'm not sure what you mean by "dormant"? The share price on 5 April 2018 was 12.5p! JakNife

jaknife: Pascha2020, "how do you value a tec start up " When is a tech start-up no longer a tech start-up? EVRH reversed onto AIM four years ago and in those four years it's had at least two launches. And yet it's still got minimal traction with consumers at large. The key with start-ups is the principal of failing fast. EVRH was a wonderful dream four years ago but it's failed. There's minimal interest from consumers at large in the idea of strapping a box to their head (and thus cutting themselves off from the world) in order to watch their favourite band who they could much more easily watch on a TV or, simply do what the kids normally do, watch on YouTube. Remember 3D TV? It's a perfect analogy for EVRH. Sadly EVRH has failed and it's forthcoming results will confirm that: minimal revenue, material expenses, material losses and a business that only survives with regular infusions of cash (at ever lower share prices). pascha2020: Hope you will all be watching the first of a series of high profile live streams broadcast to anyone on the planet. 3 locations, open 7 days a week at a time when traditional concerts are a no no. How many millions of fans will learn about evrh over this period, how many millions of fans will be invited to download the app by their superstar hero how do you value a tec start up - subscribers, downloads.... well watch these numbers rocket. Looking forward to seeing the results this year - expecting them end of June since new auditors were just appointed at the AGM, Where will the share price get to in the next 30 days. Personally with additional news of what they have been doing in the background i remain optimistic that this will be 20p in short order. After all its funny that no sooner had the name changed, we get the start of a big push. california money is coming this way.

golcheja: As previously predicted , we got nothing from the coming AGM. If anything the Share price continue to drift. If anything it makes it more challenging to raise funds. That is in always good for us as it stops Bod and AM to continue with his dilute program and give a sense of urgency to find a buyer and put a stop to the ongoing fiasco with AM at the realm. We all know what can be wiped off with his coming soon promises.

golcheja: Unfortunately all what this company does is raising funds. So far there were able to to that with a declining share price. Next round of raising funds will be at 1.75p providing they will find investors willing to buy some junk at 1.75p. Why 1.75p cause last fund raising was around 3.5p and each around the share price decreased by 50% in comparison to previous round. Who cares about this decline in value? Obviously the share holders. Who doesn’t obviously The bods as they still manage to deposits handsome amount of monies in their bank account while slightly depleting their holdings. AM is useless. SH we dont know...since he doesn’t come out with any bombastic declaration about what the company is going to do. Whatever AM said in previous RNS worth nothing because it never materialized. Clearly he is a waste of space and should be kicked out the sooner the better. And BTW, expect nothing from the coming AGM. If anything the Share price will continue to drift.

the modeller: 1. The CEO confirmed live shows were planned but as lockdown restrictions are being relaxed still nothing firm has been announced.2. EVRH has music licences but it's the record companies who are the real decision makers and EVRH has no exclusive contracts with any record company.3. Facebook's Oculus Venues has been launched but there has been no confirmation that EVRH's Licensing Agreement with Facebook has been renewed.

a1ex: Guys. First post here, nice to meet you all. Would just like to clear up a misleading post made by 'The Modeller' who clearly has had too much sun... He has taken the '3p' comment massively (and selectively) out of context. I merely stated, even if the share was to go back down to the 3p range, I would still be holding strong. Did I speculate or give any reason to think it would go back down to that range, NOT AT ALL.... Anyone could and would of seen my posts of late and I have full confidence in the company and where this share price is going. This is one hell of a company and i'm one happy holder, and what makes it so exciting to me is actually not knowing when this is gonna take off.... One day, it's just gonna happen and I for one WILL be holding my shares until that day. GLA (apart from Modeller).. A1ex

jaknife: hazl, "Clearly taking a negative stance on this stock since about 2p has been futile." I'm pretty sure you know that I've been negative on this for a long time and from materially higher prices. 2p is my target, NOT when I started being negative. "When you buy technology you buy it for what it will make you in the future not what is has made in a development stage....so figures are useless just yet." EVRH isn't in the "development stage", it's been around for ages now and yet there's no evidence whatsoever that the consumer is buying EVRH's so called "technology". On the contrary: 1. The last interims showed materially reduced turnover: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/evr-holdings-plc--evrh-/rns/half-year-report/201909190700188823M/ this confirms the simple premise that EVRH is *NOT* a growth stock. It also provides an indication of the level of revenues that EVRH might obtain after having invested material time and money into developing its market - minimal uneconomical revenues. 2. There's simply no identifiable consumer interest. Search the net - there's no interest. No chatter. No buzz. The *ONLY* people talking about EVRH are the paid-for financial PR team and shareholders; the former who have suckered in the latter. But hey, we're coming to ahead now, the end of year results will reveal what a total POS this company is and at that point in time you'll be forced to agree with me. Let's look forward to that date. invisage: thetempest You say O2 have been brought in, but at what price? For all we know EVRH is getting 10 pence per subscriber? It is not clear what the minimum subscriber number is - it is not mentioned in the RNS. Nor is it clear what the value of this contract is. EVRH will have to keep spending loads of cash to keep delivering new content. The cost base here is simply too high, there isn't a water fountain of cash the likes of big tech have. Anthony Matchett comments simply say he is thrilled to have O2 as a partner.... If he were to say this is a material contract and will or we expect it to drive significant revenues to EVRH than this RNS would hold more credibility. Why has he not said that in the RNS? Instead he simply states he is thrilled with the partnership with Telefonica UK. Why not say as a result of this contract trading will be substantially ahead of expectations? This deal is supposed to give Unrestricted access to the MelodyVR app. "that will see O2's new 5G consumers across the United Kingdom gain unrestricted access to the MelodyVR service for a minimum period of 12 months." Unrestricted access? If you read a review from Google play for the MelodyVR app from a lady called Sarah Paramor on 28/09/2019 "The only thing that are free are terrible songs and I tried going onto an imagine dragons song but it said but for 9.99 you need to put the prices down and make it less laggy" This implies EVRH expect to generate revenues from providing access to certain more popular songs, however the O2 deal is suppose to provide unrestricted access to the songs, does this not imply limited fixed revenue per user rather than the variable fees EVRH would hope to get if the user simply downloaded the app and bought the songs? and the fact that O2 has over 8 million customers and will be offering them 5G for the same cost as the 4G contract seems to have passed you by? You are assuming all 8m have a 4G contract, what about the PAYG users? The viewer will also come out soon... the iphone G5 is released, possibly, before christmas and that christmas period is only 3 months away. No the 5G on Apple is expected to launch next year see below - the last iPhone came out 3 weeks ago, so perhaps another year to wait for 5G iPhone? hxxps://www.pocket-lint.com/phones/news/apple/148427-apple-iphone-5g-release-date-specs-features That is the problem as there will be limited takeup of 5G until next year and in the meantime EVRH are burning £1m a month. Whatever you believe about the long term future of the company (a lot of folk would prefer to think of a buyout from facebook or similar) the run up to christmas is hardly looking bleak! yes a lot of people dream about takeovers, that is how most people on ADVFN generally ramp by hoping for a takeover, why not wait next year when you can buy this for a song once it runs out of cash?
