Diddy - Just to remind the 'Stewpid's' & this comes from the Australian Hansard & not one of Winnifroths 'dubious' articles:
In 1999, Mr Stuart James Bromley offered Victorian branches of Scouts Australia an expedition to Kakadu in the
Northern Territory to be undertaken in April 2000. Mr Bromley was the public officer of an organisation called
the Art Foundation, which it has since been discovered did not fulfil its obligations under the Associations
Incorporation Act in Western Australia, where this body was set up. Mr Bromley and his organisation were not
registered as a travel agency. As a result of the planned seven-day trip, the scouts put the money forward and a
charter was to be organised through Qantas. The Victorian scouts were out of pocket to the tune of $200,000.
The Scout Association stepped in to ensure its members were not out of pocket - the organisation lost out.
Mr Bromley was charged with two breaches of the Travel Agents Act 1985 for holding himself out and carrying
on a business as a travel agent. If he had been dealing as a licensed travel agent and things had fallen through, a
form of compensation would have been available under the travel compensation fund. As he was not a licensed
travel agent, it was not the case. Mr Bromley was convicted and fined $15,000 and ordered to pay $9,000 in
costs. He was also ordered to repay $89 000. Mr Bromley was placed in custody by the court, which obviously
took a very serious view of the matter, until the fine was paid. He spent one night in custody, before a third
party paid his fine. In this case, someone set up to offer organised travel when he had no right to do so. He was
also operating through this Art Foundation, which has been found not to meet the requirements of the
Associations Incorporation Act, and he has been prosecuted and fined on nine charges under that Act. I
congratulate the officers of the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection, who have made sure that
they do everything possible to protect consumers and take action when it is found that people are not upholding
the laws of this State.

Enfranglais, Fatboy's interventions on the BB have disappeared of late (the spelling on posts has improved!) and it might be evidence that he is keeping a squeaky clean profile to impress the powers that be. Fatboy, fat chance.

Fatboy, otherwise known as 'toxic Stew', has to keep out of the limelight until all attempts at a re-list are exhausted!!!!!!!!
It would appear that the only way he can succeed, is to 'know someone on the inside' or give out a 'bung'?!!!!!!! Perhaps, for all it's failings, this does not work with UK regulators?!!!!!!!!
Hear he was again thwarted in his latest Court case - about time he did some 'more time' for thwarting arrest warrants, rogering boy scouts & all his shareholders eh?!!!!!!

Mixi, read my words 'old CICC'. The quoted company in which you invested and was subsequently delisted. You will remember the delist very well (two years ago) because you maintained that it was a strategic move. So chuffing strategic that you cannot even remember the name of the company that you are invested in. It is the one that is now late filing the Jan 2014 and Jan 2015 Accounts.

Where is fatboy these days?

TD. CICC is a private company registered in the Seychelles. As a result, They don' t have to issue results, until the prospectus. Unless you are familiar with Seychelles Financial Regulations, which I very much doubt, as you are not familiar with anything to do with the financial market.

Mixi, don't know. What I do know is that this looks like another B6, and it is imprudent to tout the dog. The only accounts long suffering shareholders should be interested in is the old CICC which is the substance of shareholders 'assets'. There is always a good reason for not circulating accounts and in 99.9% of instances it is holding back bad news; and you can cut the story that the accounts have been held up for two years because of a listing process. Repetitive, boring and crass would be much nearer the mark Phil.

Anything to do with Stewpid lists - either to port or to starboard, just before it sinks without trace!!!!!!!!!!!
The 'cult members' must be called "Stewpid's crew", as they must be to still "hold faith" in the "rantings of a demented fraudster"!!

Correct TD. One is relisting, having passed the process, and previously listed. The other one is in a listing process, awaiting approval to list.

Mixi, you seem to be confusing everyone. Are we in a position where CICG can give shareholder updates during a re-listing process, while CICC cannot?

Anyway good news that CICG has updated shareholders, and with luck the same rules will be applied to CICC. Two years accounts now due for a start!
