Paps, it appears that CICC do not own the asset (if it is an asset). Just more of the miasma.

It all makes for fertile ground, TD, for the dreamers and fantasists posting on these bb's.

I think some of these dreamers & fantasists would believe in a perpetual motion machine if the company announced it had discovered one!

There has been no independent validation of the "perfect Oil" claims made by the company apart from a single trial at a Japanese concrete pipe manufacturer which turned out to be a special case (because the water present in the fuel turned into superheated steam during the combustion process thus accelerating the "setting" of the concrete). There have been no trial results published from the "target" market of mine side generators.

The LSE's critical asset is its reputation. If it fills up with 'marginal' companies potential investors will be driven away. Quite correctly they are taking a very close look at CICC.

Forget the facts, why not take the hearsay. Mixy has been extolling the virtues of this wonder fuel. A couple of years ago they appear to own it, now they appear not to. Most reputable companies are claiming 4 or 5% improvement, but as Mixy knows he was quoting 30%. Where did that figure come from. In the last two years have we seen any published papers on the wonder fuel. It is a pantomime, and that has to be right at the heart of the delays.

No shareholders have a clue what is going on in CICC, what they own, what they don't own, what the value is and what it isn't, what % of the Company they own, what % they do not own. This is not the sort of Company that should be allowed to float.

goulding1215, if you do not blame SB for the length of time it's taking the UKLA to approve the CICC (CCCC) listing then WHO do you blame? 6-8 weeks appears to be the norm for the UKLA to approve a listing as evidenced by SB's initial 6-8 week target when CICC was de-listed from AIM. Why are the UKLA taking so long to approve the CICC (CCCC) listing then, goulding1215? Surely the UKLA must be unhappy with something? Why should they SINGLE out and penalise CICC (CCCC)? They must, surely, have a good reason? Why hasn't SB resorted to the law about this delay if he thinks the UKLA have acted unfairly towards him and the company?

goulding1215, but WHY is it taking the UKLA so, so, long to allow CICC (CCCC) to list? There must be a reason why it's taking so long, especially as someone posted on the lse bb that the usual time taken by the UKLA to approve a listing is measured in weeks. CICC (CCCC) initially stated they would re-list within 6-8 weeks, which appears to be the norm. The UKLA must be unhappy with something because it will be 2 YEARS in May since CICC came out with that 6-8 week target. Have you any ideas?

What excuses has SB come up with for the RTO? He cannot be blamed for length of time with the UKLA for CICC listing.

There is a smell emanating from this company - probably the 31 January 2014 accounts that still have not been circulated to shareholders.

"Name 'the doubts' re the gold mine."

Well for starters there are NO gold mines listed as assets in the latest issued CICC a/c's. That may have changed, since those issued a/c's are not the latest a/c's (well overdue!), but we can't be certain.

Oh yes I would papillon.

Name 'the doubts' re the gold mine. Another crass statement from a pyschotic obsessive poster whose life is dominated by the keyboard.

How many times have you posted news is expected on several fronts.
One day your prediction which is all it is will come true.
Let's hope it's a positive prediction.

As we are the owners of cicc as shareholders why doesn't the company just sell the gold mine at its disposal and give its shareholders a special dividend.
Just selling the mine for £6 million would give us all a 3p dividend or more.
Of course the sceptics will say their is no mine.
Happy new year and a prosperous one to those who hold and to the numpties like wise.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If it exists (and there are doubts) is it a mine, or is it more likely to be just a greenfield exploration prospect?

I see that ShareProphets are having a Poll 'Biggest stock Market Villain of 2015' and that Rsole Limbo's best mate and source of info, the Sheriff of Knotty Ash is currently leading the Poll with 60% of the vote!. LOL!

I do find that PFF's sick posts with his obsessive hatred of SB rather sad. Everyone knows that only a gutless moron would say that behind the comfort of a keyboard. He would never have the guts to say it to his face.

ATC? Another PoS company ramped by share_shark. I seem to remember, from the dim distant past, some of the ATC Directors previously being Directors of another tiny, LSE listed, coal miner, Rackwood Minerals. That went bust around 15 years, or more, ago.

more to the point is stewboy too old to learn......i.e when you start rumours like we'll put an rns out next week, don't expect folk to buy into your sick fantasy anymore.........I'm sure that this debacle of a trade drove SS to an early grave because she couldn't live with the lies she had unwittingly been a party too which caused many honest folk to lose their pots (including some idiots I must admit - you know who you are and deserve to be Rogered)

Well I learnt something new yesterday on the OXS thread. That relatively large gold producers, such as CEY and POG, trade on PE's of 10 and above. I was IGNORANT of that fact since I don't follow them. You're never too old to learn!

I just heard from stewboy who apologised profusely for not letting the market know by rns the very very good news, he said he's always very busy at this time of year because firstly there's the Scout's christmas box's to empty (sic)and after that he has a big fat bird to fluck!

I can LOL, slowfast, because I have NO money invested in CICG, or CICC. I can LOL, slowfast, because it's only "a creepy bunch of MORONS" like you who have money invested in shares that are currently WORTHLESS!!

I can LOL, slowfast, because I haven't got any shares in CICG, currently a suspended shell company with such a small amount of cash that it probably wouldn't cover the cost of a small mid terraced house in Fulham, London. A company that (possibly) may acquire A VERY, VERY, EARLY stage exploration licence in Mongolia in an RTO. An exploration licence that going by the Market Caps of other early stage gold explorers, listed on the LSE, is probably worth much less than £1m. Best of luck, MORON. You'll need it!!

In the spirit of goodwill to all men at this festive time let me wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year, slowfast. I hope your other shares perform well, because I can only see you losing money on your CICC/CICG investment.
