"I share people's frustration but we will get there. From what I understand because we are setting the bench mark the active bodies are making sure everything is ticked 100% Because others are trying to follow Such as BH Billington. Our prospectus has set president for the rest,"

AYMESCO on LSE. BHP Billiton following CICC. You could not dream up such a fairy tale. The starting point AM Aymesco is that the Chief Executive of BHP Billiton has not defrauded the Australian boy scouts. That is about as far as the similarities go.

Ferrex plc ('Ferrex' or 'the Company')
Acquisition of Gold Mining Company in Australia

So they are paying £930k in shares (just like CICG) for an actual proven minable asset, that is ready to produce gold :

"Production targeted to commence Q2 2016, initially targeting 20,000 to 30,000 ounces per annum"

and what is CICG paying for their 'greenfield' property, that is years away from any sort of production (if it has any gold at all) ? They are paying over 5 x more.

Unloved West African manganese play Ferrex (FRX) is to pay up to £930,000 in shares to buy into gold production in Western Australia. The company intends to follow that with another ‘higher value’ deal before the end of the year. The UK-based company, whose shares have fallen from a 2011 AIM float price of 3p to 0.45p now, is to buy Chaffers Mining, a private gold mining concern which has a five-year agreement to mine the yellow metal at Paddington in the West Australian goldfields for Norton Goldfields, part of Zijin Mining, China’s largest gold producer.

(Paps, just a theory but did Stuie use 6-8 weeks because he knows that is well outside the scope of the memory of an AM?)

LOL, TD. Actually posters like Aymesco1 forget what they posted the day before!

Spot on Paps. It may even have been more than the usual phone calls; but it was explicitly 6-8 weeks. At the time we said that there were more questions than answers about CICC, and it looks as if the listings authority agreed with us - anyway for at least a further 70 weeks so far in which we have had no further information.

As usual the AMs ensured that these posts were deleted by LSE and the normal invectives followed. As Mixi, a central plank of the AMs, well knows, we were right yet again.

Ringing the Bod Today 13:06 Whenever have any directors of a company ever told their shareholders anything that is anything but bullish ? No director will tell you that the shares of the company they run is a bad investment. They wont tell you you'll lose money if you buy the shares or the company is a basket case and like the past years they will deliver no shareholder value in the future. Would you expect them to do that ? They are effectively the PR of the company. It's their job to say good things... after all shareholders pay their wages.... would turkeys vote for christmas ?

For example, the bods of MTV, PYC & TRP .. i'm sure folk rang them up for a chat and were constantly reassured by their optimistic and wonderful bullish futures of the company. Yet what materialised ? You know if anyone rang the directors of those same companies now, they will still wax lyrical and tell you how wonderful the companies still are and what a great future they have. They conveniently wont discuss passed performance of delivering no shareholder value and instead convince the caller that its all about the future... forgetting shareholders have lost so much money on multiple such previous promises that failed to materialise.

Some people never learn from experience and still rely on PR the directors feed them. More fool them.

(All IMHO)

GENISES. I'm not sure if the posts today were removed by lse admin or whether lse is still having problems after their recent updating. I can't see any reason for the Spookytooth post being removed, unless the lse admin have a down on silly posts on the CICG bb! LOL.

"It's funny because when you talk to the BOD about these posters the BOD welcome phone calls from them to discuss there side and why they are being so negertive and it's funny they never receive a phone call,"

6. I have spoken to management directly and they explained me this and that. They were really nice guys.

My experience is the following: If you really have large-scale fraud, the people running the scheme are often brilliant and charismatic. Otherwise they would have been detected much earlier. Direct involvement with those persons often doesn’t help, in contrast, one gets entangled by their “charisma” and accepts things which are simply not acceptable seen from a distance. Bernie Madoff seems to have been a very charming guy when you met him privately. The longer the fraud works, the more confident people get. I have read lot of books on frauds and in quite a lot of cases, the fraudsters at some point started to believe their own lies which made them even more convincing. At remember: As with driving a car, on average we are only average judges of people and character.

7. I have spoken to management and they gave me additional reassuring info which is not in the official reports

Well, this is a big RED FLAG. Management disclosing material non-public info to investors in “one-on-ones” is in my opinion a big problem. Any reputable management would never do this. As the recipient of this information, you feel privileged but on the other side: If they cheat the other investors by selectively disclosing stuff to you, then it is not a big step to cheat everyone.

CICC said they would 'divest' their 'assets' to sister companies. So why haven't they divested the imaginary Jin Ce license to CICG ?

Rise-joeToday 14:09I would now personally ignore him admin continue to let him post and then remove any one that confronts him at the end of the day it's quiet clear what his motives are.

As for CICG all will he revealed shortly and I tend to think these posters won't be seen on here again as they will be to imbarrassed.

It's funny because when you talk to the BOD about these posters the BOD welcome phone calls from them to discuss there side and why they are being so negertive and it's funny they never receive a phone call,

Mongolia is looking really tempting now!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

No, Aymesco1, the BoD (SB?) only receive phone calls from gullible fantasists like you. LOL.

GENISES. You can say Soul Limbo is a paid deramper and I can say you're a paid ramper. Neither have us have any proof to back up our claim, so why make the claim? I don't believe SL is a paid deramper just as I don't believe you are a paid ramper. Unfortunately many posters accuse other posters with a different opinion to theirs as derampers, or rampers, depending on whether they are bullish, or bearish.

Look you can't sell your CICC or CICG shares because the former has yet to list and the latter has been suspended so whatever SL/TCM posts is immaterial to the share price of either. Logically (and logic is something missing amongst the CICG bulls on the lse) I can't see that anyone would pay SL/TCM to deramp a suspended share (CICG) that could be suspended for up to 6 months.

What TCM posts on the lse bb is factual; unfortunately the CICG bulls on the lse (Aymesco1 is a prime example) are not interested in facts, because facts get in the way of their fantasy.

"Mr D Garamjav, who discovered the potential mineral resources in the lease area
will be appointed principal geologist on completion of the Proposed Acquisition"
Must be getting on a bit. He was said to have first explored the area as part of
the State geology dept in the 1970s, and looked pretty old in a photo from 1996;
(page 18)

Also a NY Times article from 2004 said the 'veteran' retired over a decade ago

TcmToday 19:54I would had thought you would had been concentrating all your efforts on a company ceo who have lost millions on his recommendations and the lost £100,000 which just vanished with no trace.where did it go the auditors/ administrators can't find it.
Was this the reason why he was pushed from his own company.
Setting up new companies for him to flog his latest tips due to having lost his paying members millions would had been your faulty on write ups.

Why a tin bit mining company of where you have no interest and such concern to us shareholders who you shoot down every time some one posts. The company is suspended.lol
It can only mean one thing you have a short on the company or paid by TW to ramp the price down on his own short.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

LOL. I seriously think you need to seek medical help, GENISES.

It can only mean one thing you have a long on CICG or are being paid to defend this "tin bit" (I think you meant tin pot) company!! LOL.

RE: Jin CeToday 06:02Furthermore KonarA, Jin Ce is not a green field. Exploration has been completed.

A resource with a potential 4.05 million ozs of gold.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

But, JV, nowhere in that very short presentation does it say that CICC/CICG own any of that potential 4.05 million gold resource.

GENISES. The most recent CICC a/c's publicised do NOT show any gold mining assets held by CICC. All they show is an investment in CICG valued on the basis of a part sale of CICG pre IPO. A sale that never went through at that value because the buyers never stumped up the cash.

CICG listed as a cash shell so didn't hold any gold mining assets. Now it's possible that assets were transferred to CICC prior to the listing of CICG in July of this year. In which case why doesn't the CICC web site show those assets? I find it extremely hard to believe that CICC would not publicise such assets on it's web site; failure to do so would make CICC unique.

PS. All the other listed companies I've come across that hold over 40% of a private company that is one of it's most valuable assets list the assets of that private company. Did CICC list the assets of CICG whilst it was listed on AIM? Of course NOT!! Hence IMO neither CICC, or CICG, held any gold mining assets.

Genises, but surely the real issue is that the 2014 accounts should have been filed over a year ago. No one has a clue what is going on. In my opinion that is unacceptable for a publicly quoted company, or one that wishes to be so shortly. Also in my opinion when there is a lack of financial clarity, it is the Tommy shareholders who get shafted. As ever good luck on this one, but I do not think that there will be a cat in hells chance of any significant recovery - and it will no doubt be spun out over years.
