To all intents and purposes the former CICC has disappeared off the radar. This was the major investment vehicle for the long suffering shareholders. Surely the markets or shareholders can force an auditable statement out of the CEO (with the exception of Mixi and one or two others on the deluded thread)? Once the statement has been made, then perhaps the CEO should come over to the UK to address shareholders.

TD is always wrong. CICC is a private company, until listed, based in Seychelles. Perhaps TD would like to refer to the requirement in Seychelles for CICC to publish its accounts?

That's why he moved to the Seychelles, Goulding. So he could hide the facts for as long as possible. Probably for ever. The company that ended up as the inheritor of CICC's past will never re-list on a UK exchange because those facts would have to be disclosed.

CICG will return from suspension, but I very much doubt if any of the other private companies in the CICC stable will ever list on a UK exchange. You will have to hope that CICG find some gold and hope that enables you to recoup some of your past investment in CICC.
