22/12/2014 10:34 | CP42Kx07, They won`t in any way talk the company up prior to securing the HK listing. | legg96
12/12/2014 10:33 | Time to send the Christmas wish list up the chimney to Santa. 1. HK listing confirmed with an early trading date. 2. Pakrut construction completed. 3. First gold produced. 4. Exploration licence renewed and exploration continued. 5. Resource upgraded. CP | cp42kx07
26/11/2014 17:43 | or bail when it bounces to 30p, again | fax
26/11/2014 16:32 | I'll bet that we're all wishing that we'd sold 12 months ago at c.40p so that we could buy back today... basically a 3 for 2 offer! | cp42kx07
21/11/2014 08:24 | I've had several chances to sell around 32p & buy back @ around 27p and if I had done that, then it would have been equal to selling @ 75p a share, but no bottle, everytime it gos up I think this is it | griffin4
20/11/2014 21:21 | riskier the way the price is going you may just be able to break even if you sold in the next week! Seriously though nearly all the goldies are down at the moment. We know gold is being held down and spot price is below the cost of production for many miners so for the time being it's just a case of being patient - or doing the other thing which I personally would not be tempted to do (at this price) unless I though something was wrong with the company or regional politics looked risky. | charles clore
20/11/2014 12:55 | riskier The HK listing process has been going on for so long now that surely all UK shareholders must have already either sold or transferred their holdings to an HKSE-friendly broker. Given how close we are to production I assume the share price decline is due to a lack of confidence in the realisation of the HK listing. In which case CNG would be stuck in the ethical cesspit and graveyard of private investors known as AIM! I do hope not. | cp42kx07
13/11/2014 14:45 | These do look cheap now but there will be more sellers before the move to HK as some investors will either not be able to trade HK stocks (or will be unsure whether they can do so), or will not want to hold (and therefore have to monitor) HK stocks. I hold 43000 @ 17p and intend to stay put for now. | riskier
13/11/2014 14:36 | Rude not to at this price. | wilmot
04/11/2014 19:52 | Legg96 - very helpful thanks, I hold with TD so dealing in HK shouldn't be a problem. | griffin4
04/11/2014 13:13 | Hi Griff, As you know the London market in these shares is somewhat illiquid and we will only really get a true valuation once the HK listing has taken place. The agreement of an issue price is matter between the company, its financial advisers in HK and the Exchange. That will essentially be based on a view of supply and demand for the shares on the HK market. Although we all look at share prices on a daily basis, looking at the current price of CNG on AIM where there is limited trading is probably not that meaningful. A true market and an appropriate price will only probably be achieved once the company is established on the HK market. I know some online stockbrokers have sent emails out indicating that the shares will be suspended or delisted tomorrow. This is not true. The company was granted the necessary approvals at the AGM last week to facilitate the HK listing, but the HK listing is still some way away and the shares will not be suspended until all the formalities and negotiations have been agreed. When we reach that position the company will need to issue an RNS. I hope that is helpful. | legg96
03/11/2014 18:01 | It really does appear that someone is trying to keep these at the 30p level, but why ? and how is this possible to do, what I mean is, if someone wants these cheap so they could by more then surely someone must be selling to let the other person in at this level, are these two parties connected ? If so why not just simply transfer the shares. Also is there anything to gain by joining HK market at 30p level then say maybe 45p area ??Thoughts please guysRegards,Griff. | griffin4
01/11/2014 21:01 | legg96Thanks, I'll give you a call tomorrow as suggested. Probably best to remove your number!CP | cp42kx07
01/11/2014 17:41 | CP42Kx07, It was good to meet you at last year`s AGM and discuss the company with you. I am sorry you were not able to make it this year. Your questions are quite wide ranging and rather than enter into what might be an extensive exchange of postings on this board it might be more efficient if we spoke | legg96
31/10/2014 09:27 | Did anyone who was able to attend the AGM gain a better understanding of the listing process schedule? I had understood that from filing the maximum processing period was 25 working days. At the time of the AGM more than 30 working days had elapsed and yet apparently we were still awaiting "approval of the listing sub-committee". I'm not surprised that we are experiencing problems getting the placing away at a reasonable level (given current sentiment towards miners and the dominance of 'paper gold'). Fortunately we have more than enough finance in place to ride-out these crazy, manipulated markets. The longer we wait, the more it appears clear that someone has a determined interest in keeping the share price around the 30p level (which right now is perhaps not such a bad thing with gold under $1180). | cp42kx07
30/10/2014 09:39 | I regret selling the last of my shares here.It seems somebody wants them.Despite the price of gold falling, despite the selling the bid keeps creeping up. | rogash
20/10/2014 16:32 | Well thats a nice rise at the close! | abacus23
17/10/2014 09:28 | Thanks Ped. Look forward to seeing you again. Looks like the supply of stock to the UK market is finally drying up. | legg96
15/10/2014 16:19 | 2350220 We're having a subdivision here 1:5. Back to the original price would suit us quite nicely I feel ! I think a lot of consolidations are carried out when a share is dropping and they just carry on doing so. Thanks for the warning on dealing charges. ned | ned
15/10/2014 15:57 | Just a word of caution. I've been had before by the same thing happening with Vatacoula (VGM) regards a swap of 50:1. One poster on the VGM thread said that in his experience, whenever there's a consolidation he found that as often as not, the share retraces all the way back to the original price!!! I didn't heed his warning and sure enough they really did go from something like a pound, all the way back below the original 2.5p or whatever. Also, I've just had a long notice from Hargreaves Lansdown about my holding with them, and it looks like they are going to charge a heck of a lot more for dealing in the new HK shares than for all my other holdings. At least, that's how I've read it. So I think, for me I'll probably part company with these fellas, after having held them since Kryso days, and waiting for the supposed big push in metals:-( Yours, John | 2350220
13/10/2014 09:25 | Hope to attend again this year Barry. This time at their solicitors offices - a more businesslike (& better) location than last year at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, nice though that was. It will be interesting to see who exactly turns up from the company rather than relying on proxy voting? Look forward to seeing you again and also our small band of patient (& long suffering) PIs. | pedr2
13/10/2014 08:34 | Planning to go to the AGM on 28th. Is any one else coming? If you are not and have questions let me know and I will try and get answers. | legg96
08/10/2014 00:28 | G4 Nominal value - the latter figure is 1/5th of the former. Purely a technicality. | cp42kx07
07/10/2014 23:09 | Following the Hong Kong Listing and the Delisting, all Shareholders will retain their existing shareholding, albeit that they will hold five times more New Shares than their Existing Shares, This bit I understand, 30p is the same value as 6p if you have been given five times more shares,But I don't understand the bit about subdivide old shares being $US000.0001 & new shares being $US000.00002 can anyone help explain ?? | griffin4 |
