I'm not sure about where the rns for the AGM has got to, but just in case anyone is interested, the Annual General Meeting of Cellcast plc will be held at 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP on 26 June 2014 at 9.30 am.

Come on CLTV tell the market more about this super new investment the shareholders have. I must say it sounds incredible. A 35% shareholding in a large global provider of mobile internet content which by the end of 2014 will have over 15 million monthly unique users spread over 20 countries. All for £202,627. Surely this merits an RNS on it own?

The current market cap only £600000.

Surely this super new investment deserves it's own AIM flotation?

Having held this share for a number of years in the faint hope it would eventually recover some of its earlier value, all of the above is very depressing news. It really does appear this company has been run all along for the sole benefit of a handful of directors and with total disregard to the people who put their trust and cash in them at the outset. I can only feel very sorry for the directors wives/husbands and children who have to share each day with such miserable failures.

Post payment of legal fees (£100,000) and settling of certain outstanding creditors (£880,000) will provide the group with a cash sum of £2m. This sum will not be used to fund the group's long term capital requirements. It will primarily be used for selected investments in new related digital media opportunities where the group believe they can leverage their core skills, align themselves with proven sector management teams and business models which should provide robust new revenue streams for the PLC

More investment opportunities then? Well that's good news at least. I hope they do well.

In the year, additional expenditure of £702,000 was incurred in exploring an overseas opportunity in South America. This venture was not successful and therefore this amount has been shown as an exceptional item. In addition, a £238,000 receivable balance held as at 31 December 2012 has been written off in relation to this venture. Legal action is being pursued to recover this amount but no amount has been recognised as at 31 December 2013.

--------------------------------------------------------------

How much will CLTV be spending on legal fees pursuing the 238k? Is this a wise use of funds? They've already spent 702k on the failed venture itself.

"A further amount of £130,000 has been incurred in the year in relation to an investigation by Ofcom." Legal fees I assume?

How can the above be by the end of 2014 "a large global provider of mobile internet content that will have over 15 million monthly unique users spread over 20 countries by the end of December 2014."

I don't understand and hope someone can help me understand. Wish to expand my knowledge base on CLTV as I'm always considering new investment opportunities.

I've tried googling about this 2Giraffes. I cannot find a business website. Appears to have been set up March 2012.

Surely a company with a predicted 15 million monthly unique users spread over 20 countries by the end of December 2014 is worth more than 600k? Why doesn't it list on AIM. Anyone have more info?

12. Investments

On 10 September 2013, the Group invested £202,627 to obtain 35% of the shareholding of 2Giraffes LLP. 2Giraffes LLP is a large global provider of mobile internet content that will have over 15 million monthly unique users spread over 20 countries by the end of December 2014. This investment is held beneficially for Cellcast Plc by Citiwise Enterprise Limited which owned by Andrew Wilson, a director.

This holding is treated as an investment as the Group does not have any significant influence on the operations of 2Giraffes LLP.

Any way, I had contacted Zeus Capital and am waiting to speak to Andrews / Andrew and will post here if anything substantial is there to post.

The Cellcast phone number keeps going to voicemail by the way

Instead of this dribble why not do something meaningful ...

Like...

Contact the Company / BOD to inquire as to what they intend to do with this £ 2 mill windfall?

Contact their Nomad broker about the next course of action ?

TBP-Okay ta

To be honest m8 I have decided to get on with my own trading and stop sharing what I buy and posting news for a while. I get a load of stick on any thread I appear and now on here too by certain posters. I know what to buy and when and how to make decent money. I share stuff and post news not to ramp up the sp, but to try and make others on here some decent money too.

Today has been an experiment for me because I have just gone ahead and bought stuff without posting anything at all and I have done very well, in fact much better than spending time on here trying to help others too. Im sick to the back teeth of having to answer to certain people and to be honest its unjustified and un-warranted IMO.

Yes I bought PIP and look what just happened to the share price and I didnt post once.

I will continue to monitor thread and moderate it but apart from that right now Im going to concentrate on my own stuff and help myself to try and make money.

I will be back at some point but will still be here monitoring the thread all day long but just wont post anything. That way I get no stick on here or on other threads.

Cheers.
