Well Topgun you may have to eat those words. I think growth may have come back while some were sleeping. Can only get quoted for 10 shares to buy online but can sell 1 million plus.

Rubbish management, flogging a dead horse. I feel for the large PI shareholders.

Last hope of any growth gone. UK business only. Will rumble along making profits at a low level. Going below 1p again.

Anyone know anything about how Cellcast Middle East are performing? 18% owned affiliate trading from Beirut.

Well not great reading but its very good to see that they are cash flow positive and book value still sits around current valuation. Slightly negative net current assets. I will put this one back on the shelf for another 6 months.

Would be good to hear other shareholders views (even if just to share the pain..)

Guys. Any news out there about CLTV to raise our spirits! I note that results will be due the end of next year based on previous years but I always continue to be disappointed on results days so not holding out hope of any nice surprises...

Davydoo / Gary - as major shareholders do you have anything to share with us?

Cash burn 2H £100k a month? Is this right davydoo? What's happened so far this year?

Clearly very disappointing results, with the Indian investment now valued at zero, and the UK business turning an approx £700k first half profit into an approx £700k loss in the second half, but with hindsight what an achievement to receive £1m of value from the indian investment, plus the portion of of the IP rights received so far. At least this gives the company a cash balance to continuing trading, cutting costs and developing with.

Thanks for explaning Nobby, its always interesting to see techniques and calculations used by other investors.

Ive done some dummy trades this morning, and i think todays sells are actually buys.

What has to be rememeber here though with this ratio is that CLTV have no long term debt an hence very low interest costs so I am not unduly concerned.

Davy

Correction & apologies - I meant total liabilities to shareholder equity (not current assets). 4.645m / 1,133m

Thanks for pointing this out.

I like to see what I call Debt (or total liabilities) / Equity at less than 1.0 (or really less than 0.85).

Comments welcome.

Nobby where are you getting your liabilities at 4x assets?

My reason for holding is that we have 450k/yr for the next 2 years coming to us relating to the IP agreement with CI. At current share price of 2.2p that puts us on a PE of 3.8 alone...

I am not confident in my number for FY revenue or profits as the interims noted a 2nd half decline due to reduced UK demand + more competition but if we just took 50% of earnings from 1st half into second half (and ignored CAH / CI) I get earnings of circa 850k to which we can add our 450k and get circa 1.3m for the full year. This puts us on a PE of 1.3.

We now have no debt but we do have liabilities around 4 x current assets.

If we add back in any successes from CAH / CI then this could look very interesting going forward.

I would of course welcome comments from anyone please.

Looks like someone else has been adding as well! I do have a stake in this but not declarable - anyone care to comment why it seems to be attracting some significant positions?

Nobby, I liked the news out of India so thought i'd add a few more.

Remember whilst its a reduced stake, its of a larger business following the investment from Vertex, part of Temasek.
