I would expect there will be a new CEO before this returns to trading.

It must be fairly doubtful that any of the transactions will go through with him there, after he breached AIM rules so egregiously on Thurs with his insane podcast.

The shares are suspended; why the angst? Sit back and await the admission document. Then we can debate. I am very pleased to be invested prior to the deals being publicised.

Correct he will not give 30% of the company away ... More likely 80% basic Pareto on bucket fund raise, angel investor might take lower. Suspension might have thwarted the flippers though who are now ltbh

We are all going to be shareholders in a new company, new name, enlarged board, producing assets, significant short term growth prospects (months, not years. The admission document is not going to see David Whitby giving away his 30% of the Company.

Some lucky buyer got 300k shares this morning despite the suspension??

pure economics will tell you all you need to know. minimum 6 mill needed

the companies they are trying to buy from need cash, shares will be of no use, unless they sell, but then the share price will be falling unless you guys are convinced to buy more imho

Err you guys forgetting about the fundraising and inevitable dilution , whether bucket fund raising or issuing paper to the vendors , prospectuses aren't cheap either, the suspension is certainly not good news , small oilers seem to be exempt from proving success first vs most companies where you deliver first .

DWHe didn't specify details but he gave a good heads up and sold the story of his team and prospects well. Personally I thank him and I'm happy I heard the podcast the day after I bought which spurred me on to more than double my holding thankfully before suspension. I'm sure I'm not the only one but if I could I'd buy more now lol.

....confirms everything in the podcast which is great news as is following AIM rules for RTO! Obviously a lot of powerful news to come on the 4 deals, new Board appointment before relisting date pre Xmas no doubt.

Good morningI've just listened to the podcast 329 again. Wow some of the wording DW uses really do in still confidence. "My team our collective wisdom really puts us among the best in the business""I'm an experienced guy and have done some good but if the new guy joins us it really will turn some heads, I'm mean this guy. You know it makes me look like a gorilla learning sign language compared to this guy. And if he joins us, and I think he will, I mean this guy will really turn heads and make people sit up and listen "Just a snippet but all I can say is I'm glad I bought more but now I'm feeling I want more again lol. He states the figures he was producing he wants to exceed them by quite some margin so minimum we're looking at 3000bopd. DYOR etc but this is going to be a stormer. I said "it could be" in suspension for a few weeks..
Just because there is a RNS at 7am Monday morning as stated on the previous RNS it doesn't mean that the share will come of suspension..
