14/10/2015 10:58 | panicinair, I am aware that on aim this is commonplace for companies but depends on exactly how many shares will be issued and at what price. A little dilution to further the companies future prospects could be the best way forward. People get so caught up and blinded by potential and in the process end up losing money. CEB does look overvalued as things stand and wouldn't surprise me if this share price goes lower in the interim. TMK | tees maar khan
14/10/2015 10:27 | Pain - they have enough cash go acquire assets...but will need funds to develop....However after speaking with DW - he is no push over when brokers and placees ask for a cheap price....also he won't raise unless he knows the funds will return multiples in revenue/profit. Time to buy and hold. | jagzoil
14/10/2015 09:58 | TMK CEB imo don't have sufficients funds to acquire and develop assets so I see it being an all share deal at a significant discount (current mcap does not reflect fair value as its essentially a shell) and then a big fundraise to develop whatever asset they buy into. Short term pain for long term gain. Shareholders will moan about it for a short while but thats AIM. | panicinair
11/10/2015 20:08 | I think CEO, Mr. David Whitby looks to be doing a stellar job here so far. Can the share price sustain itself? A lot of people building castles in the air here and perhaps have unrealistic expectations? but the company does seem to be progressing. The hard part is going to be building the castle.
