David Whitby has 30% of the Company - is that right?

I cant see him doing a placing that is other than immediately share price enhancing. He will defo not entertain raising funds at the present price.

As i said previously and i wasn't the only one to ask, DW and RW both said no placing.. maybe 6 months down the line you never know but if the share price is 1 or 2 multiples of where we are now and a placing is required then so be it..Im here for at least 2 years so day to day stuff doesn't bother me...

TheRealTonyTheTiger, I agree and that's why I've bought a few hundred shares. Just because this is overvalued it doesn't mean the share price cannot go much higher.My only concern is a placing but if the company can live up to the high expectations and deliver this could be great for shareholders.TMK

Thanks guys just trying to understand this one, looks overvalued they are only playing with 1.5 mill and it don`t go far in the O&G industry. What the bod have said, is what you would expect them to say. Mcap 7 mill guess even the bod are surprized.
