NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

Capital & Regional, the convenience and community focused shopping centre REIT, will announce its results for the year ended 30 December 2023 on Tuesday, 30 April 2024.

 

An in-person presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 10:00am UK time on the day, with a webcast also available.

The Company also confirms a change to the date of its proposed Annual General Meeting, which will now take place on Monday, 3 June 2024. The payment date for the final dividend for the year ending 30 December 2023 will consequently change to Friday, 7 June 2024, with the Record Date for both UK Shareholders and SA Shareholders remaining as of the close of business on Friday, 12 April 2024.  The dividend timetable included in the finalisation announcement made on 2 April 2024 is therefore amended as follows:

Announcement of the total amount of new shares to be issued (on or about)	Tuesday, 4 June
Dispatch of share certificates, payment of cash dividend and residual cash balances (if applicable), CREST/CSDP/broker accounts credited/updated and new shares listed	Friday, 7 June
