Posted at 22/4/2024 16:22 by valhamos Social Chain was a loss-making company on acquisition but is now on a winning streak, which is key for BBSN in 2024 as it starts to earn a return on its £4.8m outlay. Beyond that it is really down to further acquisitions as expected organic growth is only around 5%. Adjusting for the Social Chain acquisition and restructuring costs as well as the one-off tax credit the company is reasonably priced on a P/E of 11. |
Posted at 22/4/2024 13:54 by clocktower So it seems the market liked the results as much as I did. :-)I think the suggested cash balance at end of year 24 will not be there as they buy up other business, in fact they could draw down the funds that they are able to, to make another purchase, as they are not paying even a small dividend even though they say business is ahead of 2023. Don't worry they could always increase their options and tunnel away profits that belong to the stakeholders that they value. 🤣🤣 Another raise even maybe. |
Posted at 04/3/2024 11:56 by hazl Again if you are up to speed with the very recent news, you would know when it was printed. My posts are a reminder, or a focus for anyone browsing the bb, searching for a possible new trade. I imagine that BBSN will get increased interest, as we work upto results, even if the general market is dire...but you never know! |
Posted at 28/2/2024 17:03 by hazl London-based social and digital media group Brave Bison (BBSN:2.6p) has delivered a resilient trading performance and outperformed full-year guidance.Buoyed by a pick-up in activity in the autumn when the group announced £4mn of account wins with a Finnish homeware retailer, Dutch car parts retailer and a national electrical retailer, full-year pre-tax profit surged from £2.6mn to £3.6mn, or £0.5mn higher than house broker Cavendish forecast. It’s a more profitable business, too, as the 23 per cent rise in full-year gross profit to £20.8mn significantly outpaced the 12 per cent growth in full-year revenue of £35.5mn. |
Posted at 15/2/2024 15:11 by f15jcm Jaywing is swimming in debt. Wouldn't surprise me if Lord A ends up engineering BBSN buying it from the administrators |
Posted at 12/2/2024 14:27 by basem1 Well that is a ridiculous reply I have seen you on quality stock boards and just thought a loss making miner that is producing zilch with a hurrendous chart would not be one for yourself Fwiw I bought over a million BBSN last week |
Posted at 12/2/2024 14:06 by hazl If you search on the site above there are 44 references to Brave Bison even if it is not evident immediately from what you can see without an account I imagine. Here is one for example. Here is one that does include BBSN more clearly. I have found reading between the lines important in choosing shares, with the factual of course. |
Posted at 12/2/2024 13:57 by hazl Anyone look at the Superbowl?OT. SOLG Is doing very well today there are major shareholders in it. There is hope for a buy out. I bought around the 9p mark and am comfortable with that. I wasn't rude about yours, you clearly have no Interest in BBSN . So I will not bother to address you again. I was being polite about your pick, but there are plenty of shares to choose from for me, so I don't think I will bother. |
Posted at 06/2/2024 13:06 by photon Many of us scarred for life by experiences with dentists decades ago I suspect!Further reflection on all the helpful information posted here by hazl and z1co serves to increase the sense that this is going to head steadily towards 50 million market cap and attract further institutional interest.Give BBSN management talent for spotting, acquiring and integrating the right kind of company any further acquisitions would likely be well chosen and well received by shareholders. |
Posted at 02/2/2024 12:25 by hazl That observation by BBSN obviously rings true, because look how superdry reacted this morning.Perhaps bricks and mortar isn't dead for retail after all? I think we are onto a winner here whatever happens to supedry, though, because they have lots of competition. imo |
