If the Nasdaq is August so be it , but I think it could be a little sooner mid June .

Just a thought on current trading activity in March. Wonder how many are banking profits for their capital gains allowance? Shares purchased last April/May would deliver 100%+ profits at the price right now, so with a decent return you would want to use up your Capital gains tax allowance for 2016-17 of £11,100? My shares are in a SIPP so doesn't apply but just wondering? If correct role on April then!

No I think they saw that nasdaq would recognise in a more optimistic/realistic valuation for a tech company operating in China. So this is for our benefit as shareholders. It's a developing business yes but many such business IPO
