31/3/2017 10:44 | My 60-80p target is coming sooner than you think I'm afraid. | topazfrenzy
31/3/2017 10:42 | You're the sad ones dears, clinging on to tatters ... been warning you for months but hey ho you're stubborn idiots. | topazfrenzy
31/3/2017 10:27 | It is a positive just my mental approach to selling a stock a little early that I am up in to doubling my holding in BNN even with 3 top ups I am sitting with 1.43 x 60,000 shares . I will buy under £1 another 60,000 over a few days as I sell another stock . So no negative really just a decision being made to buy in 👍 | delboy39
31/3/2017 10:24 | I am still heavily invested but had to trade out a tranche 2-3 months ago on a risk-weighted basis as the Alibaba momentum was too appealing. I was getting nowhere with the NOMAD or the broker and the NASDAQ delay worried me. Also perturbed there is not another broker covering this stock. Will top up again soon | ripplevale
31/3/2017 10:13 | Its coming any day now the exclusive to bnn the micro app watch this space | goldie40
31/3/2017 09:58 | What's changed is that Ripplevale has sold!To be fair, he has stated as such and given his reasons, so it takes buyers and sellers to make a market and we're all entitled to take a view on the prospects for BNN.Whilst we might have liked more info, there are good reasons, as Nurdin states. And let's not forget we've had two very good bits of news this month. The fundamental thing for me is not only is the story here intact, it is actually getting better and better. Yes, we would like to see that reflected in the share price That's coming. | the prophet
31/3/2017 09:50 | ripplevale...thats quite a change in stance from you! What has changed from the time you were bullish not long ago? Yes I admit it is frustrating that there is lack of,share price supporting news from the company but after probing around I have come to accept that there are good and valid reasons for it.First of all the company is in middle of closing out many 'significant' deals which apparently is requiring protracted negotiations.Secondl The share price will probably drift down until they give us an update .But as you say that should provide a great opportunity for new investors to buy and for existing holders to add. | nurdin
31/3/2017 09:48 | Ahhhh come on MM give us 98p the torture is slow and painful Will buy at 99p , actually I love a 99 😊 | delboy39
31/3/2017 09:11 | Initial earnings will be in the results due shortly as will include commission revenues from Oct-Dec 16, may be just the start but will be a start. The more significant part is forward projections like the recent deal TP has mentioned above this post. Only one direction for revenues now and that is up. Just need the share price to match that now! Also waiting for new financial year so 2016-17 profit takers are gone and new PI investors appear (£20K ISA allowance now). | perfect choice
31/3/2017 09:06 | Who says the SE want earnings? Plently of loss-making companies come to the market. Mirabaud had an update this month, after the last but one RNS. In it Mirabaud reckon that the petrol deal could be worth £50m a year to BNN, on the basis that they capture 1% of the market......sounds positive enough to me and substantial as well! But each to their own. Fair play to you for saying you've sold, but the 'further to fall' bit sounds wishful thinking for your cheaper entry point. No harm in wishing that, from your point of view and you might be right or wrong, but you have absolutely no way of knowing, any more than the rest of us do! | the prophet
31/3/2017 07:26 | TheProphet I moved a lot of stock out of BNN to Alibaba in early January but am still invested (much safer option for Chinese fintech). IR comms / granularity of finances is appalling and they have paid the price. The market, and the SEC, does not want demographics and population analysis, it wants earnings. The last published Mirabaud report of any substance was 3rd August last year. And yes I have prodded them. Further to fall I am afraid, but also an opportunity to look at a more favourable entry point for new and old investors. | ripplevale
30/3/2017 23:26 | The broker has said plenty of very positive things about BNN!To suggest the broker can't find anything +ve to say is absurd. The broker will update the note, in effect, imo, it will be like a new note after all the changes that have taken place over the last year. I expect the note to be published on or around the time the annual results are released. | the prophet
30/3/2017 20:02 | To Newman. Cannot see one good reason for this share price not to fall to below 100p. If it breaks below 104p, next support level is 99p. In the absence of visibility on earnings, then this is quite inevitable as stops kick in. No news is bad news as was the last RNS unless you equate an 'agreement' with a 'legally-binding' commercial deal. I do not. Detail in this stock is disturbingly opaque. Even the broker cannot find something positive to say. | ripplevale
30/3/2017 19:21 | I should think the broker won't publish anything till post the annual results. Also gives a chance to add in any further deals into the equation. | the prophet
30/3/2017 19:04 | Stay brave Charlesdarcy. We have all been on a rollercoaster here. Just IMO, the share price will not go below £1 mark. It will stay around this area for a while then bounce up. Obviously awaiting full year results, but we should be equally interested in projected forecasts for 2017/18. Don't know quite what the UK broker has been doing, but surely they should be publishing something in the near future. If not, I would fire them. A broker might not know all the details but they should release some guidance. GLA. | newmanontheblock
30/3/2017 17:07 | Well said ; Unfortunately She won't go away has this sad life where she has to Annoy someone ( but like a bad cold Stock is looking like a pound tomorrow . I said I wouldn't but I will top up if it slips below £1 ... Look forward to mid April for news | charlesdarcy
30/3/2017 15:52 | Never argue with an idiot - they bring you down to their level then beat you with their experience. In your case one has to make an exception. As you repeatedly tell us you have no position, go and do your hoovering and leave us sensible bulls alone. (Or take a short - I'd have more respect if you did) Alternatively Shhhhh! | myalterego
30/3/2017 14:43 | It's almost April and you're still waiting for the Nasdaq news??! Honestly when will you wake up to this sham! You've been conned all the way until know, with empty promises. | topazfrenzy
30/3/2017 14:24 | Well it would be easier with a attractive price of today's value for the take up . But I thought they had a top team for RNS now ? I think the new listing has been a lot more tough information requirements that they had thought But that won't take away the turn over figures for the last 4 months and any new tie up they have . Lots of news & movement on this stock during April probably 2nd week .... everything crossed 👍 | delboy39
30/3/2017 14:02 | Its true we have not seen the revenues but we have seen their statements saying revenues will be significantly up. As below: As outlined in the interim accounts, we are pleased to confirm that the Group has returned to substantial revenue generation in the second half of this year, with strong month-on-month increases in trading volumes. After extensive platform testing in August and September, as well as further mobile top-up contracts, we saw a dramatic acceleration of B2B transactions fulfilled by our platform in October and November. We expect further growth of B2B volumes in December and into Q1 2017 as further payment services are launched and new contracts enacted. But then they went to to hire a data team. As below: With the introduction of unique mobile content and expansion of payment services, we are pleased to announce the recruitment of a world-class specialist data team to focus on product development with our partners. The team brings to BNN Technology substantial leading edge experience and capabilities of large scale, blue chip organisations, having worked with a number of Fortune 50 companies on platforms handling high volumes of data, as well as building analytics and data mining teams. The team will also focus on developing, testing and delivering a number of new products to the market over the coming months. I honestly think they are so busy with the running of the company, its expansion and growth dynamics that RNSs are not top priority. I am not defending this, but simply commenting on it. One thing is for sure, if they need more cash they will want the highest share price they can get to launch the placing or loan or whatever, from. | squiresquire
30/3/2017 12:32 | I think cash burn will be critical to market reaction. Listing on Nasdaq isn't cheap and with the amount of overheads they must be piling on with a new CFO and gearing up to deliver across all these new deals I'm not so sure that 50m is going to last for long. Not until they start making some revenue and we haven't seen that yet. | micktheknife
30/3/2017 11:49 | Thanks And 111 Walters on his website talks about 'vastly greater spending on growth platforms, and so on.' and that got me wondering | gemstar2
30/3/2017 11:32 | Whilst we play the waiting game for these figures may as well have some discussion. What would return a positive/neutral/neg The market obviously saw enough to push this up to 1.75 a few months ago, what did they see then that they will need to see again in the coming weeks? | ssc85
30/3/2017 11:07 | Last cash was approx 50mil raised in last placing! Approx 8 months ago.. so l don't think there will be any cash issues on the books imho... | and11
30/3/2017 08:38 | Thanks When was the last cash call? | gemstar2 |
