My calculations is that's the last of the below

2,089,816 new Ordinary Shares will be issued at a conversion price of 115p to Stadium Parkgate (Holdings) Limited (the "Conversion Shares").

BEIJING, March 4 (Xinhua) -- China's electronic information industry continued to grow quickly last year, with its value-added output expanding 10 percent year on year, the latest official data showed.

The growth was 0.5 percentage points slower than that in 2015, but outpaced overall industrial output growth by 4 percentage points, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

The statistics took into account major electronic information companies, or those with annual revenues of more than 20 million yuan (about 3 million U.S. dollars).

The industry's rapid development was boosted by Internet-based innovations and government efforts to improve Internet infrastructure.

China has over 700 million Internet users and 1.3 billion mobile phone users -- more than any country on both measures.

In 2016, China produced 2.1 billion mobile phones, up 13.6 percent year on year, the MIIT data showed.

Smartphone output reached 1.5 billion last year, accounting for nearly 75 percent of total cellphone production and rising 9.9 percent from 2015.

China plans to channel 1.2 trillion yuan into information infrastructure projects, mainly broadband and mobile network improvement, from 2016 to 2018.

Cannot be negative to BNN. This new venture will drive mobile content, which will make people use xinhaunet app more, hence more data and more transactions. IMHO.

Total amateur 3 rd ever post Been following Bnn for 6 months and I think they will soon be massive Reading Bnn site 27 th Jan I think I can see what they are going to do Alipay and tenpay have over 80% of China's mobile payment systems worth over 4 trillion dollars a year and there is little "China union pay company "with only 1% of mobile payments They admit that they have been slow but intend to dominate Mobile payments and didn't enforce a law that would have stopped Alipay and Tenpay in their tracks in 2014 " learn how to do it and then do it yourself "Am sure Bnn are involved with Alipay and Tenpay but the big involvement will be with the government owned china union Which I am sure Bnn are involved with Reg mf

On or before the 15th March we will of had news imo ...
I can't help but think it will be good news ... things have been nothing but!for some time and only a delay in the listing can be the bad news and that has melted through to the shareholders by now if the case ?
