Well another boring week in the life of BNN .
Thankfully been involved in other stock that has some life in it for past couple of months .

Credock you certainly shouldn't be feeling stupid, if you were truly stupid you wouldn't be here at all. Remember the pre Christmas posts about who was buying the champagne first ? Those feelings of confidence will return to this board in the very near future and the smiles will be bigger than some of us are imagining. My guess is the shorters here will go long when it happens. I have kept away from commenting lately as IMHO there have been some poor posts lately. I am long and strong, and in the mindset that we probably won't have a RNS for a while. Sit back and enjoy the ride. It might be downward, but long term holders will see their fortunes rise. GLA

Well im a 6 month long term holder and my shares are worth quite a lot less than what I paid for them so im feeling very stupid at this moment.

That's a trader credock in my eyes and as you indicate nothing wrong with that if they get it right, but also losses if they don't. I trade myself now and again and recently did a great job with multiple buys and sells on another share. But on BBN I am a "medium term holder" which for me means 6 month window reviews or a significant breakout either way. We all have our own investment or trading approaches.

I don't get that ???. So a short term holder who buys these for £1.19 today and if they rise with news next week to say £1.70 sells them is stupid ???. Hows that work then.

The only people who are getting upset with this share are short term holders, which is a stupid position to occupy. Traders and mid-long term holders will be laughing all the way to the proverbial. I have traded to increase my holding and now hold long term. These sorts of companies in these sorts of economies are not overnight marvels. I wonder if the critics of the share price have ever done business in Britain or Europe nevermind China? I know my company BOD doesn't move as fast as shareholders of BNN expect! My company has been transferring to a new software platform/transformation for years and whilst frustrating, it is pretty normal and this is UK. Delays are part of business.

Genesis, bnn technology own 10% of xinhuatong not xinhua!!! Xinhuatong is a software company that deals with the xinhua mobile app.
As far as I am aware anyway.

I think checking hourly is all part of the fun, if your in your in and when it drops your thinking of increasing holding, when it rises you get all optimistic about the afterburners coming on, problem is, it's a great day trade stock, knowing my luck I'd sell out on my tidy profit and wait for a fall and it will never happen

Sounds to me that somebody jumped the gun on news on that detail genises. Maybe MoU or LoI in place but agreement not formally signed off yet so cannot be declared yet either by Xinhuatong or BNN. Almost there but not quite. Will be interesting to see when Nomad tells BNN they need to issue an RNS but rules apply both ways and until such deals are fully signed off and contracted there in no RNS no matter what snippets or leaks come out of BNN.

Very confident of the future here though and any no news weakness is just a top up opportunity for me right now.

I agree again with Ayesha4;
We are looking at this stock on a hourly basis and it's not good for the confidence .
I agree that the silence has not been what we were expecting but the company had said in December that exciting new deals are being progressed .

I believe someone also spoke by telephone in January to the FD and he confirmed things are moving well.
If that is now not the case and the wheels have fallen off ( which they haven't ) then again a announcement would be required by the company .

But I am sure this is a case of a delay in getting a couple of big deals signed up which is not easy time wise in China and these deals will get the US listing much more exciting as well so a knock on affect .

BNN was spoke about 2 months ago as the most exciting stock on AIM and for me it is still a very good long term investment and news is very soon and the stock will recover ground very quickly from then .

Genises..I have for sometime now been trying to find some information about Xinhuatong but have drawn a blank.I am particularly interested to know 1) the size of the company and 2) if they are a subsidiary of XNA or are independent.

I daresay that information is probably available on their website but unfortunately I cant read mandarin!Will be obliged if you could do me the favour! Thanks

In the meantime looks like another down day on BNN with no news yet again.
