Be interesting to know if Stadium Parkgate (Holdings) Limited has sold any, or all, of its 2,089,816 shares issued at 115p. Out of interest there have been nearly 11 million shares traded beteen 2 Feb and yesterday - so the volume is there to have absorbed the sale and if so may explain today's rise (edit) on relatively low volume.

Against my better judgement and never having posted on here before I simply cannot ignore whoever topazfrenzy is anymore. It is perfectly obvious what is going on here and just because the Board and their advisors are not putting out RNS's every day is not cause for alarm. They are probably busy continuing to do the deals which will make all of us happy (with the obvious exception!). So - for the benefit of TF if you want to have a proper size wager on the future price of BNN then I'm willing. Or if, as I suspect, you're just all mouth - go and play elsewhere - If you want to sit at the table with the big boys then Put up or shut up

Amazed anyone has any faith with the board here after the repeated delays and broken promises, it is all hot air the stuff they keep blurting out, I have warned about this many times, it is now almost March!!!

The minimum BNN needs to publish is an explanation for the NASDAQ delay. And lets be quite clear, this application, self-evidently, has ran into roadblocks of significance, despite having an FD employed specifically on his previous experience to deliver. In some ways, I am quite content that the SEC are giving them a hard time and demanding detail, I guess on the labyrinthine structure of subsidiaries, and transparency on revenues etc. As a significant and anxious shareholder, due diligence has proven near impossible on this stock.

The SEC scrutiny will make the eventual public document more robust and, at least, the NASDAQ regulations on keeping the market informed are much more rigorous than the quite disgraceful silence that AIM allows under NOMAD surveillance. The present radio silence will not be tolerated in the NASDAQ.

I would encourage emails or messages through whatever channels you have to the NOMAD (unfortunately old pals of DM) that market expectations have not been delivered and that investors (we own the company remember) are entitled to an explanation for the delays.

Well said newbie and charlesdarcy. News release very different from signing actual contract. In fact have to involve other parties/departments/Legals etc to make sure everyone is happy with content, context and tone.
