                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Bluewater was notified yesterday that BI Lipworth & Co. Limited ("BI Lipworth")
acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
in the market on 14 December 2007 at a price of 11.75p per Ordinary Share.
Bertrand Lipworth, a non-executive director of the Company, is the principal of
BI Lipworth, which is now interested in 3,116,724 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 1.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
