100k at 4.5p is hardly big money. The offer has been 4.5p for days and the drop to 4.25p was for minuscule size. That is why I paid the 4.5p.

Not great but this is investment in a new line of business which I think will start to come on stream now which is why cash generation is higher in the first half.

I would say its ineligible to prepare small company accounts (as it does) as it is part of an ineligible group being a public company. If its an ineligible company they should be preparing full accounts. Helps them hide the true results of their wireless business though which is maybe the real agenda. All you can make out is that they have lost £800k in 2014. Its also difficult to track down their UK company as they have changed the name and use a less obvious name for the real company. As I say, believe it if you want to, but it doesn't look like the right sort of behaviour for a public company and I don't trust them. They refuse to reveal their wireless results and there is probably one reason for that - they are rubbish.

The accounts for BSG Wireless show a loss and those accounts are consolidated with BSG which makes a profit despite that loss. Not sure that is illegitimate as they wouldn't have an auditor sign off on it.

Topvest- I know as I have looked at the accounts but you need to invest in a business before you make a return. They have been harking on about lack of mobile bandwidth and how mobile companies want to free up capacity through switching to wifi. Read this article Bill are now working with them and Verizon as well as AT&T. They have the technology to make this business possible and monitor wifi vs mobile bandwidth usage. This is where their future lies and given cash build up I would assume that they are now spending less on wifi investment and seeing a better return. This is a highly frustrating stock but I now think the wifi business will actually work for them which I like you have doubted in the past.

Could have made a killing trading this. 4.5p bid to 4p offer, there's a 100k showing
but there was nothing being bid online when I tested it.

10k max buy online, maybe there is a buy order as well but big squeeze in this now.

I'd be happy with 5-6p but this market is crazy spikes can get chased in illiquid
stocks and hope BILL is about to be next.

It's cheap, bought back in with 100k

I always thought when BILL cleared their debt the shares would just keep
rising but instead it's bouncing around the lows. This is too cheap especially
with that Comcast news.

Take out cash it leaves around 3 million, making £2-3 mil profits and of course
generating a lot of cash still.

Market will wake up eventually to it.

Wireless looking promising. They are tied in with Comcast, which is spending $5bn on a wireless phone. Imagine if they are using BILL for that service.

Still accruing cash which is now a significant part of the Market Cap. New business development is promising so well worth inclusion in the 10 bagger or bust part of my portfolio. I really don't see how they can go bust with all that cash.

Anyone read about Comcast spending $5bn on wifi phone. This is what Bill is gearing up for, transferability between mobile and wifi.
