26/5/2017 13:01 | Yes whatever the point is, Simon has declared this a buy up to 6p on the basis of "tangible" assets | spob
26/5/2017 12:58 | Not sure why anyone value what is essentially a service and software company on a book value basis? | m1keg
26/5/2017 12:45 | unless of course, Simon knows of 4.5p of hidden tangible assets which are not shown on the balance sheet speak up Simon | spob
24/5/2017 11:05 | in dollars straight from the accounts we have 000's Total Assets(this includes all cash) $59,028 Total Liabilities $21,914 Total shareholders equity therefore = $37,114 Then we have ... Intangibles $6,427 and Goodwill $ 25,275 Shareholders equity minus Goodwill and Intangibles = $5,412 $5.4m dollars equals £4.16m pounds (@ 1.3 dollars to the pound) so that equates to a net tangible asset value of NOT 6p per share but 1.5p per share | spob

24/5/2017 09:59 | Gentlemen, I am surprised by the share price affect this morning. After all, it was already known that an LEC problem might/would arise. In any event, what is the earnings effect? I just do not know. However, the tnav is still around double the current share price and presumably not merely offers support but renders the stock a buy at up to 6p. Does anybody else propose a different analysis/comment? Simon Cawkwell | simon cawkwell
24/5/2017 08:50 | Aren't BILL dependent on these LEC's? Sounds bad news but wasn't it expected? | nick rubens
24/5/2017 07:12 | As mentioned the other day, I think you will see a break up and sale of the company with a return of cash. If direct billing has taken off then perhaps things will work out differently. | gark
19/5/2017 12:52 | I think they break it up. Let's see. Happy either way. | gark
19/5/2017 12:26 | I actually think they will try to buy revenue rather than give money back, its the smart long term thing to do. | m1keg
19/5/2017 12:06 | Be interested to get an update on where they stand re: return of capital. Could be getting closer to a payout soon. | gark
19/5/2017 12:04 | Thanks gark | m1keg
19/5/2017 12:02 | thanks gark, sounds impressive, and certainly rapid, wonder what numbers behind this might be? | davydoo
