|Can anyone help me work out if its a 10 to 1 consolidation from 0.005p shares to 0.01p on a nice round figure of 100k, current, shares. Or is it possible that it is not possible to calculate it because the worth of the share may hugely vary when the reorginsation happens? If not can it be calculated from the current sp? cheers, matty
Also would market cap be changed drastically due to the takeover?|
Halifax have changed their stance and let me buy online today, so took a few more at 1.5pence to average down to 2.2pence now.
All the best
|Yeah unfortunately it did slip after i bought lol nevertheless im sure it'll come once we are hopefully into production. I used ii broker, they couldnt confirm a price on the phone, ( i had to go out) so i left it with them and they said you will be able to see it in my portfolio when the trade is executed. Unfortunatley paid the highest of the day 1.663 which really annoyed me when i saw the 750k buy go through for nearly 10% less than i paid!! Luck of the dice i think more than anything. Generally ii good for prices just not today unfortunately. Hope it helps ianous
Also i saw somewhere (i can't remember where) that there is a short supply of these stocks available and it was/has been difficult for brokers to find a seller for them hence the huge spread thats currently on the share price|
|Matty if you don't mind me asking what broker do you use and how much did you pay?
It was a farce this morning trying to buy with Halifax, so i gave up (which actually is a good thing as the price has slipped a bit since)|
|All back on track again!|
|Hope everyone got some cheap shares on the retrace!
|fen, there's a 1 for 10 consolidation happening...|
|Can someone explain why according to the RNS regarding the RTO it says there will be 325m shares in issue, in some articles they say this will have a MC of 51m that would mean a share price of 17p....have i got the amount of shares in issue wrong, or the share price...LBO your thoughts are welcome.|
In the Admission Document published by the Company on 31 March 2011, the Company included details relating to the ownership by PowerHouse Energy Inc ("PowerHouse") of, inter alia, an exclusive licence in Australia and the granting of an exclusive licence to use, own, assemble and install and operate Pyromex UHTG systems for above ground coal to syngas production of 1,000 barrels per day and greater per site in all locations other than Italy.
Contrary to information previously supplied by Pyromex Holding AG ("Pyromex") and notwithstanding the rights granted to PowerHouse by Pyromex, the Company and PowerHouse have received notice that a third party has also been granted exclusive rights by Pyromex in Australia and also in certain other territories. PowerHouse has entered into substantive discussions with Pyromex and the third party and the Directors and the proposed Directors of the Company are confident that an outcome can be reached which will result in PowerHouse retaining its exclusive licence for Australia and maintaining the full validity of the grant of the above exclusive licence. However, until such discussions are concluded, there can be no certainty that such an outcome will be achieved.
The Directors of Bidtimes have decided that, in the circumstances, the General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26 April 2011 will be adjourned until 12 May 2011.
