Posted at 10/6/2011 14:25 by matty28 Can anyone help me work out if its a 10 to 1 consolidation from 0.005p shares to 0.01p on a nice round figure of 100k, current, shares. Or is it possible that it is not possible to calculate it because the worth of the share may hugely vary when the reorginsation happens? If not can it be calculated from the current sp? cheers, mattyAlso would market cap be changed drastically due to the takeover? |
Posted at 06/6/2011 19:30 by matty28 Yeah unfortunately it did slip after i bought lol nevertheless im sure it'll come once we are hopefully into production. I used ii broker, they couldnt confirm a price on the phone, ( i had to go out) so i left it with them and they said you will be able to see it in my portfolio when the trade is executed. Unfortunatley paid the highest of the day 1.663 which really annoyed me when i saw the 750k buy go through for nearly 10% less than i paid!! Luck of the dice i think more than anything. Generally ii good for prices just not today unfortunately. Hope it helps ianousAlso i saw somewhere (i can't remember where) that there is a short supply of these stocks available and it was/has been difficult for brokers to find a seller for them hence the huge spread thats currently on the share price |
Posted at 06/6/2011 16:44 by ianous Matty if you don't mind me asking what broker do you use and how much did you pay? It was a farce this morning trying to buy with Halifax, so i gave up (which actually is a good thing as the price has slipped a bit since) |
Posted at 20/4/2011 15:53 by fenseal3 Can someone explain why according to the RNS regarding the RTO it says there will be 325m shares in issue, in some articles they say this will have a MC of 51m that would mean a share price of 17p....have i got the amount of shares in issue wrong, or the share price...LBO your thoughts are welcome. |
Posted at 04/4/2011 09:49 by lbo Yes Linc Energy is granted a further option exercisable within the next 2.5 years to invest a further US$6 million into PowerHouse stock at a 20% discount determined by reference to the market price at time of exercise. They did a similar deal with AIM listed AFC Energy which has performed very well>They seemed to have signed the deal in Feb 2010 at when AFC was trading around 18p and exercising at 17.72p when the share price was 32p back in October 2010. AFC is now trading at 66p, |
Posted at 04/4/2011 08:26 by lbo Linc Energy will acquire a 10% interest in PowerHouse and will maintain that interest when PowerHouse lists on LSE-AIM (expected to occur within the next 90 days). Linc Energy is also granted US$1m worth of fully paid ordinary share options at US$0.30 per share, exercisable within 12 months of the LSE-AIM listing. |
Posted at 22/3/2011 15:34 by tomboyb 22 March 2011Bidtimes PLC ("Bidtimes" or "the Company") Potential Acquisition and Statement re Suspension The Directors of the Company have noted the rise in the Company's share price today. The Company announces that it is at an advanced stage of discussions which may or may not lead to the acquisition of a company which would constitute a reverse takeover in accordance with AIM Rule 14. Accordingly, the Company has requested the suspension of trading in its shares on AIM with immediate effect, pending the publication of an AIM Admission Document or the announcement that the discussions have been terminated. A further announcement will be made in due course. |
Posted at 22/3/2011 14:02 by lbo Maybe they found a deal and something about to list via BDT?"the Company continued to focus on identifying and assessing investment opportunities in the energy sector, particularly the alternative energy sector. The Company is continuing to assess an opportunity in the clean energy sector which was highlighted in the Company's last annual report, as the Directors believe that considerable opportunities with the potential to create shareholder value exist within this industry" |

Posted at 10/4/2007 08:59 by hugepants EVC has share price of 18p versus cash of 30p. Around 2 years until cash will drop to current share price. They have stopped nearly all R&D expenditure (which was outsourced) due to a failed drug prospect. But they still have a couple of drug prospects that may have value. There have been offers for the company which are currently ongoing. Might be a easy and relatively risk free 30%-40% profit. |
