Seems to be a lot of interest and Mr Bluck a broker wanted some more shares. I see barclays hold over 6.5% on behalf of clients. Must be something on the horizon.

You can only sell via selftrade unless you want to buy about £200 worth, presumably the recent holdings announcements account for any stock that was in free float.

see 3 people increased stakes over the last day or so, I have 17m shares in issue and trading at a discount to the assetts of the shell

no not suspended... you cant simply buy any .. need to phone your broker. however you can sell upto 150k in one go.

no it isnt suspended. but you have to work any order, im awaiting 20k to be worked.

they have absolutely minimal stock. mkt cap is only 0.2m is that right?

EVC has share price of 18p versus cash of 30p. Around 2 years until cash will drop to current share price. They have stopped nearly all R&D expenditure (which was outsourced) due to a failed drug prospect. But they still have a couple of drug prospects that may have value. There have been offers for the company which are currently ongoing. Might be a easy and relatively risk free 30%-40% profit.

how is the analysis incorrect?
you start of implying there is nothing in it and finish by talking about the directors doing something to save reputation and get some money back, bit of a contradiction

Hey guys, you are barking up the wrong tree. Your analysis according to your messages is poor. Don't you think if there were good investments around, they would be able to float on their own. Therefore the quality you think is around is obviously not there. Surely the Directors must want to do something for their own reputations and get their money out. Tally Ho!
