The Aim listing alone is worth 500k to someone who is seeking to list via a reverse takeover instead of assuming the added costs of listing on their own.

and it has also been agreed to be sold, the current debt of the co I have as 5k the sale of the property leaves 170k + the 2 "investments"
B ut the share ownership here would make it attractive to someone looking for RTO

B Bluck buys another 325k shares , now holding 925k equates to 5.32%

I think the above RNS says it all, no directors would be buying in such bulk if they were on making additional shareholder value soon

latestarter agreed, i think these will continue to rise. i had a huge struggle to even get 10k.

will look to add tomorrow if they deal in any real size.

Given the news today is anybody really suprised it went up 50%, the senior broker from one of the largest independent brokers takes a 5% stake in a shell with 17m shares, 60% of which are held by 3 people and a look at the register would reveal 15% held by 4 other individuals,trades at a discount to the sum of the parts, and was as clear as day to anyone who read the MRD accounts, the market makers must have taken a sharp intake when that news came out

Bozzy we can all see who is buying from the many recent RNS. Mr Fitzpatrick has bought more and so has Mark Clare. Also If you look above you see Redmayne Nominees Ltd were down as holders and then when you look into Barrie Bluck who has been buying more again today we can see who he works for.
