Valuation: Resource potential worth 163p/share

On the basis of Bellzone’s internal resource estimates of 10.0bt of magnetite and
2.9bt of oxide (incorporating the 3.74bt JORC resource) and assuming 22.93% Fe,
we derive an un-risked value for the company of 163p/share. This is based on a
resource multiple of £0.28/t which we calculate for Bellzone’s closest peer, African
Minerals. Compared to this, Bellzone’s shares trade at a discount of 58%
